I hate to leave a negative review but I feel compelled to do so. Wanted to switch things up and try this place again after a long hiatus. I order a large cherry shake. There might’ve been 3 cherries total if you added up all the shrapnel. The ice cream itself was beyond bland. Unflavored toothpaste excites the tastebuds more. Then I asked for a pup cup. Turns out they are close to $4. My dog took a couple licks and was uninterested after that. I basically forced us both to finish our desserts. Afterwords, I felt like I owed him an apology

Lights were off around 6:30, worker was rude, turtle malts had no pecans in either of them, malt powder was clumped up in all of our malts – not blended right whatsoever. We come here often and never have issues, but this made me not want to come back.

The older blonde lady with all the make up that is working today at the East Moline store Oct 3rd 2024 at 3pm needs to be fired the next time I drive up and she is there I will drive away. I get Country Style atleast 3 times a week and she is the only worker that can not make a simple chocolate malt,she is the only worker that can not scoop 2 (ya only 2) different flavor of ice cream and put in a pint cup, she is the only worker that doesn’t know Almonds actually go in a Mocha Almond Fudge malt and she is the only worker there that acts like she doesn’t understand English. This is not just one occasion, it’s EVERYTIME she works. I can’t recommend any flavors because she simply can’t figure it out.

Spot on as always. Super nice staff, n always smiling faces as our order arrives. Large vanilla cone, large chocolate sundae, 3 scoops of cookies n cream n 1/2 gallon vanilla. Yum now we r good for the week. Even my puppy dogs got some of my ice cream.
