Outstanding!!! This is absolutely the “Best”, tasting, best value, $10.50 all you can eat for lunch, best customer service and hospitality one will find in the south. There’s alot of good food out there; BUT, NOBODY does it like Country Side Diner!

A nice little restaurant that seems to be very popular with the locals. We arrived right at lunchtime and the place was crowded. They have a very small dining room and we had to share a table with other customers. The waittress was pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious. Best hamburger steak I’ve had in awhile. My daughter liked her Swiss cheeseburger, but wasn’t fond of the mushrooms they used. Of course my grandson enjoyed his chicken tenders. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I’m looking forward to eating there again.

I use to have breakfast or lunch here about 4 or 5 times a week but back when they changed from a regular cash register to a computer the food went from great to awful. I went in this morning to see if things had gotten better but my pancake was cold and almost burnt. So at one time it was hot. And it took forever to get it. I won’t be going back anymore.

We picked up food for 20 on Christmas Eve morning at the diner and ate it on Christmas Day. Everything was absolutely fantastic!! Even my 89 year old mother in law who is a great cook and a very picky eater couldn’t stop complimenting!! Couldn’t have been more pleased!!

I ordered 2 eggs bowl of grits, 3 bacon. 35 minutes to get it and they weren’t busy at all. great atmosphere but the service needs improvement. the food wasn’t seasoned at all, all around disappointment

Our food was under cooked, baked sweet potato was raw in the center the fish had so much salt on it you couldn’t eat it… And this puts the icing on the cake there was something froze in the ice that served anyways with out looking

A genuine old style diner . I ordered off the menu, not the buffet. Country fried steak and eggs. Was good. Prices are definitely good.

I have been here a few times and enjoy the diner. This last time, seems to have changed hands. We sat down at a table and waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. The waitress sat at our table (very young girl) and acted like we were troubling her taking our order. Waited 30 minutes for our order and my husbands came out first. Then 15 minutes go by and husband is almost done with his dinner, then my comes out. Was ready to tell the waitress to just box it up and I’ll take it home. The waitress spent a lot of time at one table and another guest came in after us and received their food before us. Will be a while before we go back.
