Came here on Halloween and was happy to see the waitress in costume. They were also doing a trunk or treat that evening. I ordered the fish dinner and pumpkin pie for desert. Everything was prepared well and had good taste. Yet was just as expected, nothing special. The service was very good. Waitress in the costume was very attentive and did a great job.

The food needs a little bit more spice, but what caught me was Miss Ashley’s wonderful smile and personality. I can see why she’s been in the customer service business for a long time she makes a great waitress. It’s the only reason why I had to sit down besides being hungry to get something to eat usually I don’t like sitting down unless I’m comfortable so I felt that way when she invited me in with her smile.
Since the buffet’s been gone from this Country Pride restaurant, the place hasn’t been very busy. I do hope TA Truck Stop takes in mind to put an IHOP in. I think it will really be jumping no pun intended…LOL.

Food here tonight was great. This is better than I expected for a chef salad.,,, 2 years later anna is excellent server, she took great care of me even though she wasn’t my server. One server taking care of the entire restaurant while the other one gets high in her car on break. The salad bar was wilted and browning. Then I only received half a piece of chicken. $13 was a complete rip off for the food that I was served. We eat at TA/Petro on a regular basis, as we are truck drivers and this meal was nothing but sad.
