1 serious issue,1 compliment & 3 subjective gripes. First Gripe, actual product might vary from pictures…. the pictures online and in the menu show more of a traditional crust pizza. The small came out more of a pan pizza, with more of a manufactured crust than a handmade. Second, the price, for what I received I paid premium one person was $25. The mushroom caps were very good! Lastly gripe is satisfaction after eating. I wont be writing home to mamma about this one. It didn’t hit home for me.
1 compliment goes to my order taker. Overall wonderful person, had an adorable accent, outstanding attitude, and helped me immediately upon entering the restaurant. Service got 5 stars.
1 serious issue, this is a first for me, but I want the owners/management to know. I used the bathroom, it’s very small, and I washed my hands before using one of the stalls. As I was drying my hands prior to using the bathroom, I notice the person who came out of the stall then just walked out of the bathroom. That same person was behind the counter talking to my order taker. I’m confident, but didn’t actually see them wash or not. I don’t know if they have another sink, but, if you work somewhere like a restaurant, and a patron is in the bathroom, at the very least for show, wash your hands if they can see you. I didn’t make a big fuss because it didn’t appear that they made/touched my food. Please educate your staff to wash their hands IN the bathroom like the sticker says too.
I will be trying other pizza placing in town, I travel here for work often. I’ll keep you all posted.

Found our new favorite pizza far from home! We had the margarita, awesome four cheese, and country classic pizzas and they were 10/10! Perfect crust, fresh mozzarella, and amazing atmosphere. Quick service on a Saturday night. Great place for families or even maybe a date night spot.

My group has been celebrating birthdays in this restaurant at least once a year for many years now. The food is very good and portions are very generous. Except once that the service was not that great, in all other occasions it was excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the seatings are comfortable. The restaurant may not be easy to locate but surely is worth finding and enjoying a nice dinner there.

Yesterday, February 14th 2025 my wife and I went to this location for sit down dinner. I ordered their Shrimp Scampy with garlic bread and salad. The salad was good and met expectations. However, the main course was the “worst” I have experienced. The pasta appeared to be over cooked…pasty, not edible. The garlic bread was just a bun cut in half with a powder on it. The bun was not even toasted. This is a definite NEVER AGAIN for me.

I ordered the Rigatoni with Sausage based on the photo and description provided by Country Pizza Italian Grill. The first image shows rigatoni pasta, cut-up sausage, and a creamy, sauce with herbs.
What I received was completely different (see second photo): plain penne pasta, two giant uncut chunks of sausage, and a basic red sauce that was bland and lacked any seasoning or flavor. Not only was the dish wrong, it was sloppy and looked nothing like what was advertised.
I called the restaurant to address the issue and spoke with a manager who never introduced herself and kept interrupting me while I explained the problem. When I mentioned I ordered rigatoni, she responded, “Well, we don’t even have rigatoni, we always use penne.” So why is the photo showing rigatoni and the menu giving you the option to choose?
Instead of acknowledging the false advertising or offering a resolution, she went on about how they make the sauce and that they’ve “been in business for 41 years.” That doesn’t excuse the fact that what I received did not match the menu or photos and was completely flavorless.
It’s unacceptable to advertise one thing and serve something entirely different and then not listen to your customers’ concerns. If this is what they’ve been doing for 41 years, that’s even more reason to update the menu, retrain staff on customer service, and stop misleading people

During our visit to Tampa today, we ordered pizza from this place, and it turned out to be some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The toppings generously covered the entire pizza, from crust to crust, and were delightfully saucy. We tried the Authurs and Carnivore pizzas, both of which were absolutely delicious. The crust, with its thin base, was exceptionally nice. I’m already considering ordering another one for dinner before heading back home. Yum!
