Even with almost every table filled, we received the BEST service! So many people came to make sure we were having a wonderful first experience, suggesting options, and we were given paper menus to take home In case we decided to come back (we are already scheduling a date night for there!) HUGE portions, tiny prices, and such friendly staff we can’t wait to dine again! If you’re in e-town and looking for a genuine mom and pop style restaurant with 2005 style prices I definitely recommend giving them a try! Perfect juicy buttery steak, fresh fruit, and fluffy eggs- even our picky kiddos cleaned their plates!

Sally, the owner, runs an amazing restaurant from the staff she hires, to the food they serve. I have always loved everything I’ve gotten here. They have traditional staple breakfast, like chipped beef which is a family favorite. As well as many creative dishes in their specials menu. I always recommend a stop here to anyone i know coming into town!

The restaurant was decent, the service was good. I got the Avocado Burger special. My main gripe with it was that it was not avocado, it was just like packaged guacamole. Not avocado. My partner who got the Ruben said the meat had an oniony flavor to it like it had been heated up on a grill that just cooked something onion. Food quality was fair at best, service itself was good. Fast. I probably won’t come again though because I did not feel the food quality was up to snuff

Really enjoyed breakfast here yesterday. It was busy, but we were seated right away and service was prompt. I had two eggs, hash browns, toast, and scrapple. The scrapple was perfect – slightly crispy on the outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this restaurant again.

I saw a handicapped fellow that someone found a spot for and he seems to be thriving…
He was helping set and clear tables.
That really touched my heart..
I have a handicapped brother and it means a lot when I see someone making a space for the folks who can’t function like the rest of us..
It speaks well of someone at the management level.
There was a of solid down to earth folks eating there…
Folks that are the salt of the earth.
Warmed my heart.

Cute diner in Elizabethtown! Very home country feel and the atmosphere was cozy. The food was excellent! I got the beef vegetable soup and beef stroganoff with extra mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Flavor was perfect. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was great and attentive. The menu has something for everyone. Loved Country Meadows Restaurant!

Such a delightful place. First time visiting. Kind and friendly. Atmosphere was warm and cozy on a cold rainy day. Food was perfect. We live an hour away and will definitely be returning.

First time there. Bagel was overly toasted. Charged extra for butter and just enough cream cheese for half. The breakfast wrap was very small and like chewing on leather. Waitress not attentive. Didn’t know you could screw up breakfast. Needless to say I won’t be back.
