We went for breakfast but they weren’t serving anymore. Husband got the mozzarella sticks and the Country Fried Steak Sandwich. I got a salad (that one I don’t recommend) otherwise, the staff was sweet and did a good job! Husband liked his food.

Decided to go here based off the ratings and was not disappointed. My whole family got a flounder plate and my dad said he believed it was of the best flounder he has had. It had just enough breading and was perfectly seasoned and fried well. The place don’t look like much on the outside but it was what was on the inside that counted! I will be back if I am ever that way again.

Got the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. Okra was decent, the steak and gravy was great. I really wanted to give 4 stars, but they used instant mashed potatoes. I recognized them immediately as a college student who eats a lot of instant food, but even beyond that it was pretty obvious; I wouldn’t mind, again I eat a lot of that during school, but it was pretty bland and dry, like they used water instead of milk or something. THAT SAID, the rest was pretty good, and service was good.

This quaint little mom & pop shop is so cute and has the most delicious made-from-scratch food! The menu has a rather large variety. Not to mention the prices are awesome and they always have a special. The owners are super sweet. I can’t rave about this place enough!

My son and I enjoyed very much. Very unassuming place, but the food was phenomenal and the two owners clearly and truly cared about our experience. Also, the location is great for those not wanting to go all the way into town. We will definitely be returning often!

The food was good. It just wasn’t something that blew your socks off. Potatoes tasted a bit like instant. The owner was super nice and friendly. Really good service and prices weren’t bad.

Discovered this place on accident and I’m glad I did, the food was amazing! If you like a traditional southern style breakfast you will like this place! Hope to stop by soon to try their lunch menu.
