This restaurant has been so amazing. A few months ago I went here after seeing reviews for the best pizza in Brewster on a local Brewster Facebook page. They delivered! While I understand people’s preference on pizza style is very diverse, country kitchen’s pizza is up my ally. It is on the thinner crisper side with high quality ingredients you can taste. This is not the orange plastic NY cheese pizza you get from $1.50 Pizza in Manhattan.
My brother had ordered The Southeast Burger and loved it. We also had ordered wings for an appetizer and those were great as well. There menu is big and I couldn’t wait to try more items.
Since then we have gone back four more times and I have ordered something different each time. The BBQ Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Picatta, Double Smash Burger, and The Country Fried chicken. All of them are fantastic and I would get again… But the smash burger was on another level and it’s hard for me not to get that again.
The service friendly and efficient!
The decor is cute and they have done a lot with the space.

UPDATE: There were a few complaints I removed because they took care of them, that’s a sign of a great business!!! I also have it 5 stars now, because I love this place!

The food here is delicious! The chef knows exactly what they are doing. Our first waitress seemed to be having a bad day. Our greeting was lackluster. She took our orders, and there was no enjoyment. The second waitress was more upbeat. I understand everyone has a bad day, but the people you are serving can tell. The atmosphere is definitely colorful and inviting.

Delicious food. Great service. Large portions! The hot chocolate was so good and served in a cute mason jar cup. The Spanish skillet has a great blend of flavors. Our waitress was really nice and helpful.

I’ve had breakfast & lunch here. Giving only 4 stars for their food as I did not enjoy their breakfast. I prefer fluffy pancakes, not flat and thin. However other than breakfast, the other dishes I’ve tried were simply delicious! I love, love the Roasted Pork Rabe and the Cajun Shrimp Wrap.
The restaurant is clean but in need of some TLC…for instance, many of the seats need to be replaced since they are ripped.
Staff is friendly and service is quick.

I suggest you to make an online reservation. We had one for 12:30 and got there early (11:40) and it was packed. We got seated at 12:15, which was earlier than our reservation but to be on the safe side, just make the reservation. The maduro skillet is on their brunch menu and it was huge. My husband and I couldn’t finish what we ordered (1 skillet + Belgium waffle). The skillet has a lot of beef and it’s delicious. We also ordered the coffee (not the Americano) and it’s really good as well.

The food was delicious and the serving sizes were generous. The baked macaroni and cheese was fantastic! Went with four people and the bill was about $100. Good prices for good food. If I was in the area again I would definitely go back.
