Tuna melt: Zuma Jay himself told me it’s the best, and to get it without the extra mayo and on rye, it’s a daily meal for him.

This is a hidden gem just off PCH. We absolutely love Country Kitchen!!! Best breakfast burrito in LA in my opinion. The potatoes are seasoned perfectly, the ratio of egg/cheese/potato is perfect and their salsa is delicious! There is parking and some tables outside, great to pick up to-go. We drive from Venice to Country Kitchen almost every weekend to get these.

Ordering. Breakfast burrito from TCK will ruin your life. You’ll never be able to stop thinking about them. You’ll dream about them. If you get one with a side of green salsa and the spicy aioli, forget it. You’re addicted for life. This place is the best spot in Malibu.

My expectations were quite high but alas I think the burritos we ordered had too much onion, the meat was dry, and the salsa tasted like Pace. I’m not a huge fan of black beans in my burritos as well, but that may be a personal thing.
My main gripe was I was expecting juicy and robust flavor but instead just got cooked meat wrapped in flour and some plants. Was missing that burrito “zing”!

Good bf burrito all day. Stop on your way to the beach but anticipate a wait, everything cooked to order and there usually a line. Hang for local kids in groups and multiple little shops for wife or GF

Efficient roadside restaurant off of the Pacific Coast Highway. We stopped for breakfast burritos. It’s exactly the right vibe for what it is. Three of us got chorizo. One got carnitas and another got sausage. All were delicious. Well sized, but not too much or overwhelming. The tortillas were perfect. Excellent salsa verde. Would highly recommend.
