Country fisherman have some bad a** in the U.S. , but lemme clear and clarify that if you are willing for people to support black owned businesses yet alone any “race “ franchise . Customer service & serving people whole support your buisness accordingly , clean , respectful, safety , care ,. Dignity , class & last but not least elegancy. I paid $18 for some slop when I have contributed my hard earnings within years in this restaurant. I had so much ( juice)!!!!! From the vegetables in my plate. It was ever where !!! Everything look thrown together as if a dog would get ready to eat that . I waste $15-25 just sitting in line hrs & this is what I was served . HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, BUT I RECOMMEND. Food is delicious, but this one was a NO ! For me .

It was ok not as good as I remember. Haven’t been in years! The chicken and fish and hush puppies were still as good as I remember. Cabbage and broccoli cheese casserole bland and watery. Desserts not good at all! Probably better to just buy desserts or do without! Cake, dry hard, just not good at all! Service great and excellent server, she was very attentive.

Country Fisherman has been a staple on Sundays and lunch through the week for my family. Its been a minute since I’ve ate here and lets just say its not what it use to be. I will give them another try, I just can’t give up on such a great place and the memories we have. Also, the price increase I have questions!!!!

Wow! This is home Cookin’ at its best! The catfish is one thing, but all of the vegetables, the bbq, and the desserts are top notch. So happy we found this place. The atmosphere was all about family and friends. The service was impeccable. Our server Lydia was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Today was the worst ever some of the fish smelled weird and the other was tough. My orca was gummy and my hush puppies were good and the soda was good. Normally my experience with them are good and then I couldn’t get them on the phone to let them know about the issue. Poor service. It has been approximately 8 years since the last time I visited, and to say the taste of the fish has gone down is an understatement. For starters, there was only 1 waitress trying to work an entire side of the restaurant. That was an epic fail. Poor lady, I had half eaten my plate before I even got my drink. Catfish is no longer on the menu, however you can ask your waitress to bring it to you, if you want some. As long as it took me to get my drink I should have known asking for catfish was a stretch. I had eaten 2 small plates of food and was ready to leave when my catfish finally arrived. The bad part was it didn’t taste really good. I also had the mashed potatoes and gravy, greens, yams, and cornbread. They tasted really good; just as I remembered. It was such a bummer that my husband paid a little over $50 for two seafood buffets and the only food that I got that qualified as seafood was a bite of some really terrible catfish. I most definitely will not be returning.

Please do something to the desserts. They do not compliment the food at all . If I have to wait again I will wait for the Lydia with the The Golden Line. The Hispanic lady with the tattoos was very rude. No refills, rolling eyes and etc.
