Only put 4 stars because I didn’t care for the smell in the place but the food was really good. I loved the amount of bacon the put on my BLT and loved the Cajun curly fries. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

Quaint and welcoming as should be any good cottage. The hot food line is laden with home style southern cooking with that Louisiana flavor present. Nice people, good comfort food, country store and fun fish viewing to be found here. I was even given fish food to feed the lovely fish. ❣️

I’m new in town, and it showed when I could barely say Crawfish lol… but in the two weeks we’ve been here, my Husband and I have visited Country Cottage almost every other day. The food is incredibly good and the staff is amazing. We love this place.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Corn Nuggets, Patty Melt, Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken Fajita Salad!

Best service, crawfish was well worth it, catfish was great and the Hamburg steak dinner with loaded mashed potatoes have been the best I’ve had. The cook even came out to the table to make sure or food was to our liking. I have a culinary arts degree, and for me to give you 5 star’s ssys a lot..

What did I just eat? I guess it is edible but should’ve just did fast food. Everything is frozen and fried just like the fast-food restaurants around but you are paying more at this restaurant. The women’s restroom smelled like sewer. The waitress seemed completely uninterested in earning a tip but I tipped anyway. I would never eat here again! Maybe the pies are good who knows.

Hamburger on a Jalapeno bread with onions mushrooms and american cheese.
Ok…sounds awfully bad.. But trust me it is one of those magical cominations of a juicy burger, crispy grilled bun of yummyness and just the right amount of salty cheese (and I dislike American cheese). This is a special treat and not to be missed. Owner is super friendly too!
