On our way back home to Carrabelle, FL after ditching Hurricane Helene and visiting in-laws in Missouri, we drove thru Thayer and ate breakfast here. Excellent home cooked food! Warm atmosphere and friendly fast service. Excellent!!

I took my daughters here for breakfast before basketball camp. We sat right down and were greeted immediately by our waitress. The whole time we were there, she was on top of it, making sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. If you have tome drop in and check it out.

Our server was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was attentive to our needs and very friendly. Wonderful delicious food. She even told us about where the milk comes from locally, and we visited The Farmer’s Daughter to shop after our meal. Country Cottage really is the best place in Thayer for breakfast.
