We are from Tennessee and visiting family. We usually eat at the more known restaurant out of town but wanted something different with a more local feel.What a gem of a restaurant! Our server was delightful and the food was amazing. $30 for two burger meals, a drink and two slices of pie. What a deal! The peach pie and pizza burger were delicious! We will definitely return the next time we are back in Indiana!

Great food, friendly service, good prices. The atmosphere is that of a small town diner. Locals eat here because it’s good; but it is close to the tourist area too. We had the BLT and Bacon and Egg Cheeseburger (I don’t remember the name) with fries. They have homemade baked goods, but we were so full after lunch that we didn’t get to try any of them. We will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

Nice little diner inside a small shopping center and very close to the Van Buren Hotel. They are only open until 2 pm so keep that in mind if you’re hungry. We both had the special for lunch. At $7.89 you got a plate of baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and mixed vegetables. We added a piece of Chocolate and Custard pie for dessert. It’s diner food folks. Good but not great. The waitress reminded me of everyone’s favorite aunt. We could have talked with her for hours. The menu looked pretty full too. Sandwiches, hamburgers, soup etc.

Very disappointed this time. Went in and the waitress took our drink order and asked if we needed a minute to look at menus but after waiting awhile never came back around to take our order so we paid for our drinks and left. Very unimpressed

Fast, friendly and delicious! We stopped in here on a Saturday morning. I had a half order of a veggie scramble, a bowl of oatmeal and a fruit bowl. Everything was delicious. My hubby enjoyed biscuits and gravy and a side of eggs. Highly recommend!
