Y’all, this is your official sign to treat yourselves to dinner at Country Boys BBQ Restaurant! Get one of the flatbreads, they are hands down the most delicious things on the planet. I had the Buffalo chicken flatbread earlier and my chunky self devoured it before I realized, “hey I should take a picture of this beautiful food!” Luckily, I already had a picture of their brisket flatbread from the first time I ordered it!

Great new BBQ restaurant in Louisa. The smoked pork was first rate Carolina BBQ. The sides we tried included baked beans, collard greens, mac n cheese, cucumbers, and fried pickles all of which were first rate. Efficient, friendly service and modest prices make this a top value in the area.

Got the pulled chicken and ribs platters and they were great! Ribs and cornbread were the best I’ve had in a while. Their house bbq sauce was great too, very glaze-y and we’ll seasoned. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Being from Texas, I have high standards for brisket. This by far is the best smoked brisket I’ve had in Virginia since moving here. The Mac n cheese was great, and my wife really enjoyed the collard greens. Our waiter was very friendly. We will be visiting this location again.

Had lunch on Saturday with my family. We had the bacon straws, brisket tacos, and pork sandwich platter with mac&cheese and tater tots. All of the food was delicious. Restaurant was very clean. Customer service was great and we all signed the wall! We will definitely be back!
