I’ve been coming here for over 30 years. This spot has always done things the same way, and that’s a good thing. It feels like an old-school burger joint where the focus is just on making a solid burger the right way.
The food is always consistent. The produce is fresh and crisp every time, and the burgers never disappoint. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s done well.
One thing I really respect is that the owners are still there, working the line and being part of the day-to-day. You don’t see that much anymore, and it shows in the quality and pride they take in the place.
This restaurant is a staple in Rosedale and my go-to spot when I want a good burger. Simple, reliable, and worth coming back to.

The food here is absolutely fantastic!!! You get a lot for affordable prices and not only do you get a big hearty meal. The food is so good and serviced quickly. Recommend trying them. I know I’m coming back soon.

Country boy drive-in on Rosedale Highway has been a staple in the Rosedale neighborhood for over 50+years. Their food is hot, fresh, and exceptionally good.
I stopped off for lunch and ordered the double cheeseburger combo which comes with a French fry and a soda.
The burger was very good. They give you enough fries for two people I can never eat them all.

Country boy has been the go to for my family and I when we chose to dine out. It’s been a little over a month since I’ve been there. This morning around 10:50 I order 2 pastrami sandwiches, 2 large fries, 1 Paul Bunyan, regular root beer and jumbo Pepsi. Got home the bread on the pastrami was super hard. Live 20 minutes away wasn’t about to drive back. For 11.25 a sandwich I would think I wouldn’t have this issue. I’m not complaining about the price I love their pastrami but I’m sure the cooks feel the bread is hard . My poor 70 year old mother had to eat it with one bread because the bottom part was so hard. The root beer soda was flat. The only thing that was good was the fries my son hasn’t tried his burger. Country boy owners needs to have a little chat with their employees about checking the freshness of certain foods. Wasn’t worth $50.53

We had to get new tires out on our truck so we took a walk down here. Food was really good 10/10 very nice place and the service was good! The girl that took our order was nice. Food was fresh and hot even brought our kids back for dinner and they ate all their food! Good place.

I was craving nostalgic diner food and found Country Boy. Not oversaturated with choices to keep it simple. Ordered the teriyaki burger combo and a chili burrito. The burger was made with several thin cuts of steak. A nice surprise! The taste was great but the down side was the heavy amount of sauce soaked the bottom bun, which fell apart as I ate it. The Chili burrito was actually a burrito covered with tons of chili and cheese. My party loved it and said it was one of the best combos they have had. The wait was not long and the staff was very friendly. Go check it out!

Been coming here for almost 40 years and it is still amazing! Burgers shakes and don’t forget the teriyaki burgers Pastrami sandwiches and chili cheese fries. Old school drive in food. The place was packed Including the drive through I chose to walk in and I was in and out in 5 minutes. This place is still awesome would recommend it every time anybody asked.
