Another good experience. Good food and friendly staff. Jasmine was particularly so. Always a solid choice.
Been here twice this past week. The first time was amazing. Evelyn is just fantastic. We are going to ask for here from now on. Food was great two. The second visit wasn’t quite as good. Our waitress seemed a bit put out a first, when our queso came out as a solid lump, old and cold, and we asked for a new one. The seemed to be another couple of small annoyances too when we asked for thing, but she seemed to warm up by the end. The reast of the food was fine.
Another few visits to the Councilroom. Food has been consistently good as has the service. A solid choice.
Been here many times. This last visit we ate both breakfast and dinner. Food is always good. Both our servers this time were good, especially Zac. Good atmosphere. A good middle ground sit down restaurant between the some of the other walk through eateries and Bien Shur. They have a good and varied menu complete with steaks, Mexican options, Lobster and pasta. The have the best dessert anywhere with a carrot cake cheese cake. Always a solid option.

It was our very first time in a casino, but came hungry since we had just finished exploring the Sandia tramway. Gave this place a shot. Was it the right choice!
Food: ordered their chips and queso for appetizer (queso has real green chiles and very good)! Entree we got their carbonara twist, amazingly presented and full of so much flavor! My husband and I were sharing it and even then was it hard to finish it all. Also, got to try out their philly steak sandwich. Also full of so much flavor! Last, chicken sandwich paired with fries. Fries were a highlight!
Service: waiter was patient, answered all our questions, came back enough times to ensure we had drinks topped off and if we were still enjoying and doing okay. 10/10.
Drinks: got their strawberry with Hendricks and oh my! Strong but still balanced with flavor.

We had just flown in from Nashville and tbh I’ve been jonesin’ for some green chile.
We were seated immediately, Delia, our server, greeted us with a smile and had our drinks on the table in no time.
The menu is loaded with so many delicious sounding items, it was difficult to decide.
I chose the
THREE BLUE CORN GREEN CHILE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS and a raspberry tea.
I was so satisfied with my choice it was delicious. More than I could finish. Three blue corn tortillas filled with deliciously seasoned shredded chicken, covered in green chile topped with melted cheese. Ranchero beans and Spanish rice, and a sopapilla. Heaven!

Newer review August 2024, 4 stars. We had a 505 Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, jumbo shrimp, and a passion fruit mojito. Food was very good as was the service. The onions and peppers in the sandwich were well cooked and soft. The passion fruit mojito tasted like peach.
Last review 2 years ago was 3 stars:The rice and beans aren’t good. Sopaipillas were hard and flat. In general, not good. The menu has changed.

Very nicely built with NM adjacent food, and some classic options. Food was well presented. The chicken in the stuffed sopapilla was dry and almost flavorless, but the chili was good.
I’m sure with the casino being such a destination they have to tone down the spice to appeal to all, but I think they’ve gone too far into bland territory.
The facilities were very nice, the staff was okay but not outstanding.

A lovely place to enjoy a meal. We went for the fish and chips special. The fish had a crisp coating and was flaky and delicious inside. I had substituted salad instead of fries and that was honored and the contents were fresh and appealing. The only draw back to this meal was the tiny container of cole slaw. Perhaps it was for the best as it was not fresh at all. Other than that I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch.

Ordered Cinnamon Vanilla Bean French toast only to be told upon asking, after receiving, that they no longer serve it with the decadent vanilla bean sauce! So it’s just French toast! Change your menu or add it back on. I feel cheated!

You have to go here for breakfast just to try the Pueblo breakfast sandwich! It has just enough chili to get your attention but not knock you out. Beautiful restaurant wonderful old pictures of old Sandia Pueblo.

Very nice, I had the New York Steak and 2 cheese enchiladas. Steak was cooked to my liking and smothered in green chili. Had pinto beans and papas as sides. Chili was great, not too hot but still tasty. Service was good also. Overall I thought I had a great meal for about $40 including drink and tip. More of a meal than the other restaurants at the casino.

Service was good. My chicken sandwich was dry and sweet potato fries were too crispy. Ordered a Negra Modelo and it had an expired date 2 days from today. Our bill was over $100. Thought it would be better. Not sure we’ll return unless we get a comp next time. Thanks. Appreciate your understanding in this matter.
