Total revelation: first we stopped in a city we never thought we will, and that was brilliant. While choosing which bar to go to, we randomly entered this place and within 15 seconds we were already offered a round by a friendly local. The bartender was lovely and sweet and all guests were really welcoming.
The gentleman who treated us with a free refreshment also suggests us – out of nothing – to go to Stephensville as we looked like guys who would loved it up there. And boy we did!
Really grateful for the experience and everyone who passes the bridge over Morgan City, please turn down the highway and visit this bar, you won’t regret it.

I’d give a negative star if I could staff starting problems for no reason. If I knew the owner I would have all staff fired absolutely non professional and the bar maid hardly understands English.

This was the Blowout Lounge. It’s sad to see that name gone, but the bar is essentially unchanged and the welcoming atmosphere remains the same. I couldn’t stay long during my first visit, but will return for sure.
