Cottonwood Grille nails that cozy upscale feel, especially when you’re parked next to the crackling hearth on a cool night. The grilled salmon was spot-on: nicely seared outside, tender and flaky within, bright lemon-herb notes shining through. Paired with perfectly cooked rice and crisp-tender green beans, it felt light yet satisfying. Service was warm and efficient, ambiance unbeatable fireside.

Cottonwood grille is a pretty upscale location, perfect for a nice family dinner(with no kids), a romantic evening, or a businesses dinner. The food is good, though I felt the options were a little limited. The drinks are also good, with a good selection of wine and spirits, with some beer being available. It is rather pricey, but for a once in a while dinner, it is a pretty good option.

I don’t normally do a negative review at all. But what their menu said and what they actually gave us was not the same.
The menu said that the quiche Lorraine was served with mixed greens. And that all brunches came with a choice of hash browns, fresh fruit or homestyle potatoes.
It was crystal clear. When my wife requested the fresh fruit, they brought out the entry with no mixed greens. When we ask, we were told that if we wanted the fruit, the mixed greens were not included.
We requested to speak to a manager… To clear it up, but the manager insisted that we only got to choose one item.
The server also said the quiche Lorraine was very thick and indicated with her fingers over 2-3 inches thick with lots of filling. It was no more than an inch thick with very little egg at all.
And…minor point…when they took her fresh fruit back to bring her mixed greens, it was an iceberg lettuce/house salad, not really mixed greens at all.
The location is great and the atmosphere and restaurant are beautiful… Very disappointed for how stingy and strict they were in what appears to be an upscale restaurant with the policies of a truck stop.

Cottonwood has been our “go to” for a nice dinner out… unfortunately, after this last visit, don’t know if we will be back. The bread was cold and actually stale… tasted like it was from “yesterday”. My New York strip ($46.00) was just not worth it, had grizzle running down the middle of it and seemed thin. Usually the service has been excellent, but this time seemed like the server was just “phoning it in” and wanted to be elsewhere. Already had the bill ready even before WE asked about desserts, which we ordered two. For two people, only ONE glass of wine, $147.00 including (20%+) tip, just seemed “blah”. Our previous dinner was about the same food and service wise, so I actually don’t think we’ll be back. It is a nice place, not a lot of noisy kids and patio when the weather permits.

We went for Sunday brunch with a reservation. We were shown directly to our table. The outside seating is beautiful and the inside is nice. There was salt and dust on the booth lighting. The wait service was fine.
The food was overall good, but at a fine dining restaurant, I was expecting better than just good. The turkey melt was tasty, the omlette eggs cooked to perfection. However, there was NO seasoning on the veggies in the vegetarian omlette, not even salt. The French silk pie could have been good, but was drown in what tasted like canned Hershey syrup, with fancy cool whip on the side. A few tweaks, and the experience would have lived up to expectations.

We went here for Valentines Day and were not disappointed. This is a very upscale restaurant with great service and a quiet and mature atmosphere. I would highly recommend experiencing this restaurant if you get the opportunity. The Idaho Huckleberry drink is off the charts!

1st time visiting in a while. Went there on a friday evening. Place was packed, reservations highly recommended. Service was prompt and yeh servers were very helpful. They had kids menu, although the burger was very dry.
Clams were amazing, fries on top of clams looked weird but so so delicious.
Chicken was moist and amazing. They do charge to split a plate in the kitchen but the waitress offered to bring an extra plate for us to split.
Nice ambience and if you are celebrating a birthday, you get a free dessert.

The server and host were very nice and very friendly. The appetizer was the best part. However, the bread had a weird softness that I have never experienced before so I’m not sure if it had bad ingredients to make it that way. The drink was good. Overall, I thought it was overpriced for the quality of food and presentation. And the pasta had so much oil in it I didn’t even want to eat it. The scallops were good but way overpriced. And again a lot of oil. I wouldn’t come back here.

Tonight was our first time at Cottonwood Grille. The dinner menu was very limited and a little pricey. It looks like lunch has more options. We went for our anniversary. My husband had the beef stroganoff, which he said was very good. I had the prawns florentine, which I would not order again. They were overdone, chewy and way too much butter. The asparagus that accompanied the entree was very bitter and barely cooked. Our waiter, Max, did a great job. He was very attentive and polite and our food came out quickly. There was a large party of about 15 women aged 30-60 who were dressed up like they were going to the prom. They were 3 (vacant) tables away from us. They were so loud and obnoxious, yelling and cackling that my husband and I couldn’t even carry on a conversation because we couldn’t hear each other. This group got up and moved to several different places around the room to have their pictures taken. At one point, 5 or 6 of them came over and stood next to our table and carrying on. These women were old enough to know how to behave but clearly didn’t care that they were affecting other diners. Honestly, the manager should have stepped in and told them to tone it down and they should have put them in a private room to begin with. The young lady that filled our water glasses even made the comment that we were getting dinner AND a show. The staff accommodated this group at the expense of everyone else trying to have a nice dinner. Unfortunately, our anniversary meal was ruined.

This has got to be one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The wait staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is regal, and the food has an out of this world flavor and fresh taste. Never before has such exquisite flavor ever graced my palate. Our waitress Chani was kind, charismatic, and welcoming. I felt like a Goddess throughout this entire dining experience and I will absolutely be back very soon.
