We’ve been to other locations of this restaurant chain and they were better. Not very many customers in the restaurant for a Saturday night. Service was a lil slow, food wasn’t bad , but just kinda average.

Jamie was the most attentive server I think we’ve ever had. Friendly, on the ball and polite. The food was good as usual. Chicken fried chicken was crispy but not greasy. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good..Green beans a little bit peppery. Tilapia was also very tasty. Peach cobbler going home for later.

We travel to many places and try many food locations. Yall the food here was on point! We had the regular chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken. It was hand battered and huge. Great flavor in every bit. Both the regular gravy and the Jalapeño one were excellent. There was a weird smell in the restaurant but the service from Zee and the food were top notch. Yall stop in and give them a try!

Thank You to Elaine and her staff for the Excellent service we Recieved. We did the catering style dinner to accommodate 25 people, had every thing set up as a buffet. We had our own server that made sure we were taken care of the whole time! Everything was perfect — we’ll definitely be back!

I came in and was immediately welcomed warmly. The host was kind. I ordered a the duo and it was great. My server Michael was very courteous, and made sure I had refills and my order was correct. I met both the managers and they run a good ship. I will return and will definitely be recommending!

Cotton patch used to be one of the best places in town to eat but now the portion sizes have changed so dramatically from what they used to be and you would think that because the food got smaller the price would too but no for instance if you like chicken tenders the large order is 4 that come out looking like chicken nuggets. I don’t plan on going back to break the bank over tiny amounts of food.

Christina is an awesome GM. For everyone complaining about the lighting. It’s fine and I don’t see how it’s dark? The food and staff was on point. One of my go to restaurants here in Plainview. Susan is a great waitress. Super nice and professional. 12/10 🙂

Mike did a great job taking care of us at tonight. The food was great, and service was superb! They were busy with a large crowd, but Mike kept us informed. We will definitely go back to visit again and bring friends next time.
