We had such a wonderful experience at Cotton Patch Cafe! Our server, Jahnavi, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and handled all of our requests throughout the meal without hesitation. It’s rare to find service that genuine and patient these days, and she truly made our visit special.
From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us warmly. The manager even came by several times to check on us, which we really appreciated. Even though we were the last customers to sit down, the staff still took their time with us, chatted with us, and made the whole experience feel very personal. ✨
The food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and it came out very quickly. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well kept. We were honestly amazed at how professional and welcoming the entire team was.
Great service like this is hard to find nowadays. Everything was truly 10/10. We will definitely be back for the amazing people and the stellar food!

I had the most amazing experience at Cotton Patch, all thanks to Alicia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Alicia was patient and helped me find the perfect items that fit both my style and needs. Her customer service was top-notch, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Really good tasting comfort food! Niesha was my server and did a wonderful job making sure I was satisfied with my order and refills. This restaurant is very clean and has a nice open concept!! I met the manager Michael and he is awesome! I can tell he loves his team and all of his customers. I even met the cook that made my steak because it was so good and cooked to perfection; huge thank you!! Great job to management and all of the staff at Cotton Patch in Frisco!

I was like a kid in a candy store. He was patient and super attentive and had some awesome recommendations!!! The first time I came I ordered takeout. I had the Texas Caviar while I waited! It was DELICIOUS, the strawberry pecan salad, the Center cut porkchops, a burger with fries and the blackeye peas to go. Everything was super tasty!!
The second time I dined in and had the Ribeye with mashed potatoes, greenbeans with an add on of fried shrimp and a side of cinnamon apples and of course I had to have the Texas Caviar. The rolls with the cinnamon butter is delicious too.
Everything I’ve tried so far was DELICIOUS.
The atmosphere is great and the customer service is EXCELLENT. I appreciate when servers actually tell you their name without having to ask them. Its a rarity these days.

Had lunch here yesterday with my family. Jordan was our waiter and she was amazing! Great at anticipating our needs! Would highly recommend this location. The icing on the cake was Jennifer the Store Manager checking on us, it made this space very intentional! We will definitely be back.
