Sunday Lunch Buffet, arrived at 12:48 p.m., with my family, so 13 of us; 3 pieces of bone-in chicken and other missing items, I knew my grands, would want chicken, so I asked before we sit down, and was assured more would be cooked, my 14 yr old asked how long about 5 minutes later and was told 20 minutes; when we left at 1:55 p.m. still no more chicken and over age 6 charged as adult buffet, 2 adults opted not to eat due to absences on the buffet, and I had to convince the girl at the register I shouldn’t be charged for my 1 year old granddaughter who chewed on a piece of bread, this is the first time I didn’t add a tip, to my bill, so with 4 adults, 2 early teenagers, plus 2 children pre-teens over age 6, and 2 children under age 6, my party of 10 was charged over $160.00 dollars, I will and did pay what you charge, but you need to provide adequate food, especially when you commit to do so; Mike Gonzales when you owned it, I ate there at least 3 Sundays per month, with friends and family and I was happy paying, tipped generously and left happy and filled: I realize change is a part of life, but this is a serious downturn;
