What a delightful little place! And calling it little isn’t probably accurate because it is bigger with more seating than the average small town coffee shop. Plenty of space, cool decor, friendly staff. We only had coffee, but they do have a full menu of breakfast treats and lunch items. I had the Elderberry Bliss with oat milk and it was in my top 5 coffee drinks of all the places I have tried in the last year (and we try to go to a different place every week).

tried the cotton duck for the first time this morning. i was looking for a place with good coffee, yummy breakfast items and somewhere comfortable to sit to finally finish my library books. they checked all of my boxes! the “friends” themed coffees were so cute, i got the 16 oz buffay breve which was delicious and the breakfast wrap with no meat (several options for my fellow vegetarians) — $12 for breakfast and coffee. plenty of comfy seating, from tables, to high stools and a couple couches/lounge chairs. bonus points for having “friends” playing and the random scattering of rubber duckies. cannot recommend enough.

This is one of the coolest places in Anderson county. The atmosphere is incredible. The service is super friendly and efficient. Of course the food and coffee was great too.
We got to meet the owner Bobby who happens to also be a pastor. We have a lot of respect for pastors who also work or run businesses in their community and we’re happy to support such people.

Dear West Pelzer, did you know that you have this absolute gem in your town?
I feel like if I have a good iced coffee to start off the morning the right way, the rest of the day is set because if it does happen to go south, at least I had a good iced coffee. So, I swung by Cotton Duck Café for just that. Soo nice!!!
I got the Sticky Duck, their honey latte. Super yummy! I love that they didn’t overload the drink with ice because I needed a little pick-me-up mid-day. And you know what!? It tasted exactly the same as it did this morning. Very impressed!
Cotton Duck Cafe also serves made-to-order breakfast and lunch, as well as freshly baked goodies, for those that want a bite to eat.
I can vouch for the chocolate chip cookies too.

I love coffee shops and this one is amazing. Unlike a lot of other places, their specialty latte flavors hit the mark. When you order a Ginger Duck is is just like gingerbread in a cup. My favorites have been the Duck Duck Goose and Church Lady Duck (butterscotch). The Peppy Duck is also amazing. There are so many options. It also has a lot of seating and is great for working. On the warmer days, you can even sit outside. The kids love getting drinks here too, without coffee. The staff is always so friendly. You really need to try this place.

We were passing through and stopped here. I am so glad we did. The breakfast wrap was amazing and the “spring break” coffee tasted like a drink my mom used to make me. I loved it. The customer service was outstanding and everyone was very friendly. The place was spotless as well. We will be coming back.
