The very first bite and I absolutely knew that this was best patty melt I have eaten anywhere. I chose sourdough bread and pepper jack cheese. They grind their own meat. It was cooked perfectly and the strange part I noticed it melted in mouth. The onion rings are cooked well done and didn’t fall apart like others. The macaroni was great . It has strong mustard taste. I will be posting more food from this place.

The Cobb salad is the best around and reasonable. Their other dishes are old time favorites. Their chicken is fresh not processed and they prepare it there. They serve a great ‘dinner’ which historically is the main meal of the day at noon.

Nice country-style breakfasts. Nothing unexpected. Generous portions. Normal prices. I have eaten here twice now, and it seems like most of the other customers were on a first-name basis with the waitress, which makes me think that everyone is a regular. Not cheap, but not unreasonable.

They are only open for breakfast and lunch.. but completely worth stopping by! The cook is so nice and really takes pride in preparing the meals. The staff are all friendly and really care about customer service. Good meals for good prices. You can’t beat it.
