I’ve been eating at this truck for least couple years, found them when they were at the ale apothecary and followed them to the podski. Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! I’m so happy that they’re now at the podski and can reach more people because everyone needs to try their Porchetta! I do really hope they bring back their hot beef sandwich though that was one of my favorites.

Cotto is a must stop for anybody going through Bend. They have delicious food. Our family makes it a point to stop every time we drive through. The sandwiches are to die for. My kids love the cheese fried rice balls! The menu doesn’t disappoint and we have loved the customer service.

Cotto just catered our holiday party and it was AMAZING! Very reasonably priced and there was SO much food! It was all delicious and James was amazing to work with, accommodating to dietary preferences and he put together a menu that everyone raved about! Seriously delicious food, easy to order, creative menu, huge portions…I could go on an on! For our party, there was a debate of what was the favorite item – was it the arancini that they made vegan and gluten free (but everyone said it was as good as the omnivore recipe) or the eggplant rolatini? It was all fabulous! Huge hit – thank you again!!!

I like to think of myself as a sandwich connoisseur—a true scholar of bread and fillings. Sandwiches are my comfort food of choice, with ramen sitting proudly in second place (because sometimes you just need a slurp instead of a bite). The spicy chicken parm from Cotto? Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Honestly, I could eat it every single day and never complain. My only fear is that one day the staff at Cotto will stage an intervention and tell me to branch out.

Had the chicken sandwich and lasagna. Both were fantastic. The lasagna was flavorful and unique. The sandwich had the right amount of sauce, a good crunch to the chicken and the bun was amazing. Will definitely eat here again

The Cotto food truck at Podski is a treat! Their arancini and porchetta sandwich are both sublime, worth every minute of the wait. These folks studied their craft in Italy, and it shows! Absolutely top notch! And the beer selection at Podski is great too. Go now, don’t wait!

Cotto is a saving grace of food in Bend. The first time I tried the porchetta sandwich, I cried actual tears of joy. I would spend every dollar I earn on porchetta and arancini if I didn’t have bills to pay. Outstanding service, mind-meltingly good food, what’s not to love?

Wow, absolutely delicious, I slept on this spot for way too long!
Hot Beef Sando – soft bread but still held the tender beef, sauce, and other fixings together nicely. I had to slow myself down to truly savor it, so tasty you want to gobble it straight up!
The arancini is so reasonably priced for how on point (and huge) it is, perfectly fried outside with a steamy and delicious inside.
Friendly staff too, seemed genuinely interested in if I was enjoying the food & thanked me as I left. I will be back!

Oh my porchetta sandwich. Total flavor explosion — perfectly crispy, succulent porchetta chunks with sautéed greens and pickled onions on fresh bread. 10/10
