Staff is rude and unforgiving.
I made a simple mistake of ordering to the wrong location due to the website changing it after telling me to login at checkout, and they did not even try to be understanding. I was never able to travel to where it was, and it was over $20. So now, not only do they get to go home with my food for free, I still had to pay for it.
So I ended up paying twice since I had to reorder, and even the employee at the initial location I meant to go to said it wasn’t right of them to dismiss me that way. I admit I should have looked closer after logging in, but people make mistakes and others should be understanding of that.
UPDATE: I decided to waste gas and pick the food up because if I had to pay $40 for pizza, I’m getting it.
Turns out they already ate my order of cinnamon sticks, so I had to wait for more of those. It was not even an hour after I ordered when I got there.
I finally get back home, and I realized I made the mistake of not checking the pizza box too, because it turns out they had started eating that as well.
Horrible, pitiful service.

I ordered sesame seed crust. When I got home I noticed the crust of the pizza was salty as hell, it turns out the gave me everything crust even though the box says sesame seed. I have high blood pressure and can now only eat the middle of the pizza because the salt is even mixed in to the edge of the cheese. Even without health concerns there is just way too much salt to even be able to eat this. They offered to remake it, but I picked it up on my way home and am miles away. They also offered a partial credit, but they ruined the pizza, so a partial credit isn’t enough. So I will not be returning to this location. The turnover of employees is unbelievable, and that apparently means they don’t know how to do their jobs.

We had the pizza buffet for $7.50. Pretty basic pizza and salad bar that includes a pop. The pizza was fresh with various options and they kept up with demand very well. Bread sticks were hot and fresh and very tasty. Only complaint would be that all of the pop was flat.

I went around an hour to close, but when I called to order, the employee made sure I was well taken care of. That and with the pizza being as good as it was, definitely a go to from now on

This was my first time ordering from here and it was supposed to be a medium pizza with garlic butter crust, extra cheese plus feta cheese – what I got was garlic cheese bread with feta on it…?? I had to pay more for the extra cheese stuff and there’s not even extra cheese on the garlic bread lol my dudes you gotta get it together and just read the order right it literally says “md round pizza” on the receipt and on the box
