Manager is rude will not help at all. The female there is as helpful as could be. She is so polite and apologized for the order being delivered late. She was rushing around. But she’s doing the best she can. Long hair blonde manager or whatever he is. He’s doing shady things literally. Yelling at the female working with him. Constantly on his phone, he was extremely rude to me tonight. I will try again.

Order in a New York style pepperoni Pizza, with ham and bacon with extra sauce, was supposed to be able to pick it up in 35 minutes. It took about an hour. The Pizza had no sauce on it. And no pepperoni at all. I lived a distance away. So I didn’t go back. That’s why I’m leaving this review. The service was terrible and the place was small and dirty.

Was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and they said it’s on its way. I live 5 minutes from Cottage Inn. It took at least another 20 minutes. Pizza was stone cold and we ordered jalapenos on half and it was loaded with jalapenos. We also ordered extra cheese and didn’t get it. Ordered garlic parmesan crust and got plain crust. When we called to complain, the girl was very rude.

my work ordered from here and it was delicious…they only downfall was they had to substitute the bacon because they were out and our lady got there to pick it up and there was still yet another 20-30 min wait. food was great though

Please don’t let the bad reviews prevent you from trying this place for yourself. I’ve ordered multiple times and EVERY time they are pleasant and the food is perfect. They might be understaffed but they do a great job.

Long blonde haired kid is the problem…. Sadly he is usually the only one cooking and one other person at the counter. Anyway someone didn’t teach him how to make a proper pizza whether it be a regular or deep dish it will be horrible. Today I walked in to him sleeping on the register then proceeded to tell me they were closed because of bad weather after I had already placed a takeout order and drove up there.

We placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered the lady who delivered it said that they will no longer deliver to this address because my wife left her a bad review. This woman is just crazy. We had a delivery about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it was almost 2 hours to get here and the pizza was just totally wrong. I called to complain and the lady was just rude as hell. I am going to contact their corporate office and file a complaint on her.

Ordered delivery online, said 1hr wait. An hour later, I got a call that they couldn’t deliver it and I could cancel or pick it up. Left immediately to pick it up (5 minutesaway), got home and opened it just to have cold pizza. They couldn’t keep it in a warmer?

Pretty bad pizza. It looked like it had been sitting under the warm for to long. No favor . I also ordered cinnamon bread and it was not warm at all. I had to put in the oven when I got home.
