I recently visited the Saginaw Cottage Inn Pizza, and I have to say, the new ownership is knocking it out of the park! The quality of the pizza is outstanding—fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and generous toppings. You can tell the new team is passionate about providing an excellent experience.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. It’s clear the new owners are making customer satisfaction their top priority. If you haven’t been here in a while, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place is better than ever!

I placed an online order here at 7:18 pm to be picked up at 8 pm. When I arrived at this location I found a sign on the door saying I’m on a delivery. Will return soon. Thank you in advance for your patience. I then waited almost 3 hours constantly calling the store. Trying to contact someone. Finally I have up and just left. I’ve contacted my credit card company for a refund. This is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered from. I will NEVER order from there again.

These people are so unbelievably rude. I couldn’t even believe the way they talked to me on the phone. It wasn’t only one person either, we had to call back and that person was just as rude. Don’t get a job in customer service if you don’t want to talk to people. Finally got our pizza delivered after an HOUR and 50 minutes and our breadsticks are still dough! Will not be returning..

Ordered from them through DoorDash on a recommendation from my friend I was visiting because he said it was good pizza. I am originally from NJ and this looked like it was frozen pizza heated up in a microwave! Very little sauce, thick layer of greasy cheese. I placed an order online and called when it didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, only to be told that their online ordering system was down. No one contacted me to let me know, and they had no clear way to issue a refund. Instead, they expected me to pay again for an order I had already placed. When I asked the manager for the corporate number, they couldn’t provide it. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Do not order from here!! My mom ordered 40$ worth of food last night, was supposed to be ready at 8pm she was there waiting for almost 3 hours multiple other people were there waiting for their food as well and a doordasher had to cancel their pick up for someone else’s order because no one was there forever, she finally just decided to cut her losses and come home, went back today to try and get a refund, the person working said they came in that morning to a bunch of orders printed on the machine and tried their best to help her but also couldn’t get ahold of a manager or corporate, she got an email from corporate today that said the delivery driver was hit by a car which is understandable, and that the owner had to run deliveries and that’s why the store was closed for a bit (3hours) they said the owner had left her a voicemail to try and work things out she never had a missed call or any voicemail from the guy at this point she just wants her money back but they’re beating around the bush, she’s been calling people trying to get for almost 12 hours now, don’t order from here unless you just wanna give them money because you will not get your food.
