So I ordered delivery a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t the greatest experience. Ordered around 6:30 and it was finally delivered after 8pm. However. The mod called me numerous times throughout the night with updates and explaining the situation. He was kind enough to take it upon himself to not only have my order remade after it sat for so long but also gave me a full refund without me requesting it. They also went out of their way to send dessert, cookies and brownies that my kiddos really enjoyed. Tonight I decided to give them another try as the food was good last time and wanted to give them another chance. Not only did it arrive ahead of estimated time, we received more than what i ordered (sodas or whatever) so I sent it back with the driver who was super nice. Just feel like its bad juju to accept something I didn’t pay for. Anyway, both times, food was super yummy. The customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely continue ordering from this establishment.

I pre-ordered to have meal delivered at 5pm. Didn’t arrive until 5:18. It can’t be that busy! Its Monday! Anyway, then open boxes and find leaking everywhere. And on top, they dont even know how to cut the pizza!! Not even slices. Seriously disappointed. We used to love cottage inn. Not this one. Sorry not sorry. The garlic cream cheese is awful. Just put a garlic clove in your mouth and that’s that. Pizza was meh. Not a fan. Plenty of other good options in the area.

Drove by today and saw their sign, we were beyond ecstatic to have Cottage Inn pizza near by. First, ordering was super easy as I called it in this time. Family duo was a large gourmet pizza and a large1 topping for $28. That is a lot of pizza for not a large price! Staff was super friendly answering the phone and picking up the pizza. It was their second day open and they rocked it out. The thing crust was excellent! Tons of fresh toppings. The regular round was also delicious with the garlic/Parm crust. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Photo doesn’t do justice…when I tell you this is my 4th time ordering this, this Month….@ Cottage Inn Pizza Rochester location on Main Street. This pizza is so delicious. I typically order it Thin Crust but tonight ordered it regular crust, I get Olive Oil sauce with the old pepperoni as a topping, hot honey drizzle and garlic parmesan butter crust The salad is called the cranberry walnut salad…seriously look at the toppings for this $10 salad…it’s a steal… this is honestly so delicious, more than plentiful in all the toppings and the quality is excellent. I order it with raspberry vingegette however they have like 10 different dressings to choose from. I ordered thru doordash and they have a 20% off coupon right now, after delivery fees it’s about the same as ordering in person…order yourself dinner tonight delivered from Cottage Inn. It definetly doesn’t disappoint!

I got the New York style pizza the other day. It was gross!
Thought I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, maybe I didn’t.
There was no Pepperoni and the garlic butter crust was a sloppy mess.
Have always got the regular round Pizza and its been good. I won’t get the New York style again.

The food is extremely unhealthy—high in sodium with an oily smell—and management is a joke. The service is fine, but the employer rating on Indeed is only 3.3. If you order here often, consider adding blood pressure, heart, and kidney checks to your routine.

Cottage Inn went above and beyond for me recently. I originally ordered through Grubhub. Over an hour after ordering, there was still no driver for my order and a snow storm was starting. Cottage Inn’s own delivery driver ended up bringing me my food in the snow, and the food was great. I will get the mostaccioli and the chicken again.

I always order from here on my lunch break and their 7’ ninos barbecue chicken with garlic parm crust is so good!! I also felt very welcomed when coming into the store and the people are super nice! Definitely recommend!

Awesome food and people! Pizza was super fresh and delicious. The wings were amazing and cooked perfectly. The shop was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. So glad Cottage Inn is in Rochester!
