Whenever I’m in Michigan, Cottage Inn is a must for me. And honestly, when I’m away, this is the pizza I crave the most. There’s just something about it that hits differently.The crust is always perfectly baked, soft inside with that golden, slightly crispy edge. The cheese melts just right, and you can actually taste how fresh the veggies are. The tomatoes, olives, onions, spinach, everything feels fresh and flavorful, not just thrown on top. Every bite feels balanced.What really makes it special for me is the consistency. It’s always good. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it never disappoints. On top of that, the service is warm and reliable, which makes the whole experience even better.
Cottage Inn isn’t just pizza for me. It’s comfort, memories, and that feeling of being back in Michigan.

I ordered lasagna through Grubhub. Had them leave outside my door as any other. I love between 2 Cottage Inns so oddly it went to this location this time. My order was not placed on a bag, it was sitting on the ground in the box that it’s served it! Most places seal the bags but always place in a bag. The box didnt even have a seal!! I would not suggest using a 2nd party delivery! No precaution taken at all for their customers!!! Additionally, my lasagna was burnt! Will not patronize this location again and suggest others utilize different locations!

Absolutely never again from this location, I walked in after ordering a Nino mushroom and beef 7in and chicken salad. Disappointed in the brunt crust, I knew I smelled it in the shop thought maybe something fell in the oven…Didn’t realise it was my own pizza that fell in the oven . The guy who gave it to me nonchalantly kinda like “yeah here” and didn’t even bring me the whole order I had to tell him I had the salad. No “thanks come again”or nothing not even a greeting when I walked in. It felt like I walked into bros personal kitchen and disturbed him. The pizza was shattered in the box from how dry and burnt the crust was and where is the butter garlic seasoning? Honestly the pizza was a slap in the face along with the bad service . Never coming back to Novi AGAIN! I should have stayed loyal to the New Hudson location although further from me. I don’t even want the pizza because the taste.

Pizza with better quality ingredients. The pizza dough is defiantly a different type than other pizzerias. Good taste, fresh ingredients. Order was made for the perfection. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of parking in front of the place. Quick service. Limited sitting. Wheelchair accessible. Ordered vegetarian pizza and they made sure that restrictions were maintained for the order.

I’ve ordered at this locations a few times and each time was pretty good , quick service and my order was accurate. Typically, I go to the location in commerce on 14 mile and they are always on point. I have ordered salads multiple times from cottage in and have enough to have 2 servings. This time I ordered a salad from this location and the salad was in a small cardboard box and though they gave me two dressings; it’s barely enough lettuce for one salad. Also, this isn’t the size I’m used to. I paid $6 for this plus left a tip, and now I’m ready to eat it and have more feta and toppings than anything

Ordered my pizza online, waited 20 min to go get the pizza and no one was in the front. My order hadn’t been started. Few minutes someone comes out and mumbles sorry they didn’t hear me and makes the pizza. I’m waiting and the floor and 3 chairs and table have crumbs all over em. Pizza is done so he puts it in a box and he tosses it on the counter and mumbles here ya go while walking away. Ridiculous. I’m pissed I tipped online.

I tried the chicken alfredo pizza and the jalapeno popper bread, and both were absolutely amazing. Everything tasted good and well made. Definitely a must-try, and I’ll be coming back for more!

This will be the last time we order from Cottage Inn Novi. What started as a simple mistake, turned into a nightmare. I ordered a 4 topping pizza and breadsticks. I picked up my order around 9:15pm. When I got home, I opened my pizza to find it was a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. Not what I ordered. I called to ask for a new pizza. The girl on the phone was extremely rude. She said, “I guess I can make you a new one”. Then proceeded to tell me it would be another 30 minutes. When I asked why my order wasn’t correct the first time, she explained she was the only person working and that I needed to just understand they were “busy”. It was a Tuesday. I told her I would drive BACK up there and wait for my pizza. I had already paid 30$ for a large pizza and breadsticks, I’m committed at this point. When I walked in for the second time (With the incorrect pizza in my hand), I noticed that was she NOT the only one working, but was working without any gloves while handling uncooked food. Both employees ignored me for 10 or so minutes before even acknowledging I was there. I waited another 20 minutes until the rude employee walked back up to the counter and threw my pizza next to the register, looked at me, and said, “It’s correct now”. NO APOLOGY. They never owned up to the mistake, never said “We are sorry, we’ll fix it”. Nothing. This is by far the worst way to treat customers, especially when such a simple mistake could have been easily remedied by offering an apology and We’ll fix it for you. Instead, I was treated rudely and unfairly. They could offer me free pizza for a year and I wouldn’t return to this place. Oh, I forgot the best part, see the picture for the abysmal second pizza I received.
