Was recommended to come here by a friend, very satisfied with the time it took to be helped and my order be finished!! Staff is friendly and keeps the place CLEAN. I enjoyed the BBQ chicken pizza with the InnStix for a fair price can’t beat their hours! Tip these people well dined in but take out is available.

Mike was very nice. I ordered a pizza. I said I wanted extra cheese and 2 other items. There’s no way I got extra cheese. I said I wanted it to be gooey he said ” I understand yeah”. I enjoy their pizza but not happy at all.

Got their lasagna bread sticks and salad around 20 bucks after taxes. Bread sticks amazing and lasagna was a big portion in my opinion would suggest two could eat on this and be satisfied. Pizzas are always a go to as well and fresh. A little pricy but pizzas pretty good and has a lot of fresh ingredients. Staffs nice.

A friend and I ordered a pizza but upon eating it she saw a small bug. I double checked to make sure it was a bug, not just a burnt flake, and saw it was, and was very clearly baked into the pizza. We called and were met with a decent amount of attitude. Now I’m no Karen, but there was a bug in our pizza. The shift manager was unable to do anything, which is fair, but we would have appreciated a bit of understanding at bare minimum. We were told to come when the general manager is in later.

Disclaimer: Ive only tried the sandwiches.
I’ve only had delivery so far and they’ve always been on time thus far, so I really appreciate their effort.
I have tried 3 sandwiches:
Philly Steak Supreme: Pretty decent. I like the flavor of the meat and the pepperoncini. I think they could probably add more flavor to the mushroom and bell pepper, but still it tastes good with the included side of ranch.
Chicken Parmesan Sub: Cannot recommend it. The red sauce they use is too sweet. The cheese blend is not bad. The chicken unfortunately just seems like deep fried nuggets, so it seems to be slapped together very quickly (sauce, chicken, and cheese); the nuggets don’t have a bad taste, but the red sauce they use ruins it for me. Could be cheaper if it’s just 4 ingredients.
Cottage Inn Club Sub: If you ask for extra mustard, this is a really nice sandwich when warm. Actually it’s almost like any sandwich u can make at home, but the 1 foot is just nice for when you’re lazy and want something simple (probably best with a coupon).
I do feel that, for the time invested in these meals (some of these can be slapped together in less than 5 mins), the prices could be a little cheaper.
Ideally I’d rate them 3.5/5

Wow. Just had the Hawaiian Deep Dish Gourmet Pizza and it was fantastic. Largest Cottage Inn I have ever been in. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Just called to order The Family Meal Deal. Was told that with coupon I had to order on line. Person on phone did try to place my order, but said it wouldn’t go thru and I would have to place order on line. I told him that no where on the coupon does it say order had to be place on line. I told him that I would order pizza somewhere else. We do like Cottage Inn, have eaten it for years but if you can’t honor your own coupons then I’m going elsewhere.
