Carry out only! We have not had pizza from Cottage Inn for probably 10 years. The new Lake Orion location sparked our interest and was a nice change of pace. I love the BBQ chicken pizza and we also got a traditional! Both pizzas were amazing and we had plenty of leftovers! We will be back.

We have had Cottage Inn and we’re excited to have one opening near us. We are very glad we got to try them.
We had 2 pizzas, a chicken pesto and a supreme. Both were good,the chicken pesto was especially tasty.

Overall, the experience was ok but, hardly worth the price.
I ordered online, using the app to avoid any wait times as had been stated in the reviews. I set it to pick up at a specific time but arrived early to make sure I got a fresh pie. The timing worked out since they weren’t very busy and I picked up my order 5 minutes early. The staff was pleasant and the store was clean.
My 3 star rating is SOLELY based on the food. Our entire order was just over $40. We ordered a large “favorite” pizza with a brookie for $27.99. The pizza was nothing to write home about and not how I remember it from the last time I had it in the 90s. It wasn’t bad, but really not worth the price. We added a “small” antipasto salad, but it was about the size you would expect if you ordered a “side” salad and at $7.99 it definitely wasn’t much of a bargain. Since we spent more than $35 we got a “free” order of breadsticks but they were doughy and probably needed another minute or so in the oven. The brookie seems to be about the only thing that looks good but was probably made in a factory and baked from frozen. I don’t think I will be back since there are better pizza places in the area.

I usually have small size calzones and personal size pizza which is the smallest one and still a big portion to me. Waiting time is about 20-25 min so should probably order online and pick up, would be a better option. Fresh and warm.

Food was great! Except my garlic cheese bread had mushrooms on it…instead of my pizza that was supposed to have mushrooms on it. Not sure what happened lol

I ordered Fed 25th around 6pm so they had just opened this week so maybe someone read the ticket wrong.

Never had a bad experience, but whatever pizza was delivered on 10-6-25 around 7pm was the worst.
Delivery driver must’ve dropped the pizza or been taking turns way too fast.
Lady on the phone was super nice, said a driver called out and was 15 orders deep, which I understood.
Pizza showed up destroyed along with bread, all shoved to the left side of the box,
On top of that, the driver that delivered peeled out and revved his engine down the road as if he was mad.
Sorry you have to get by on a delivery pizza job, but
You’re horrible at the bare minimum.
Thankfully the nice women on the phone gave me a full refund, but not

You really cannot understand how great an employee is until an inevitable mistake happens(the human condition). Steve, during rush hour, made a double delivery for me that I assured him I was not worried about. He went the extra ten miles. This place will be my new GOTO pizza place. Thank you so much. Pizza was great at opening and a few months after. Now, it’s raw literally every single time. I even tried ordering it well done a few times. Still raw. Not sure what happened with this place as it was going strong from open and after but the last 2 months we’ve tried at 4 separate times and same each time. Raw pizza.

We’ve ordered from Cottage Inn Pizza several times since they opened in town, and it’s been fire every single time. The pizzas are always cooked perfectly, delivered hot and fresh, and they actually follow special instructions—which is a rare and appreciated touch! We always order extra sauce because their sauce is *that* good. On top of that, they’re always running generous promos that make it even easier to keep coming back. You can tell they care about both quality and their customers. Easily our go-to pizza spot now. Highly recommend!
