The pizza here is AMAZING!!! My absolute favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza. Best in town, hands down!!! The people working here are so nice and friendly. They will get your order done right and fast!!!! Not only that, but the delivery drivers are really good too! They deliver quickly to your house and follow instructions!!! I recently ordered a medium cheese pizza (Order #20993). In the instructions, I specifically requested small slices, well-done, with extra sauce (which I paid for). When I picked up the pizza, none of my instructions were followed. I spoke to the manager, who offered to remake the pizza, which I appreciated.
However, after waiting 15 minutes for the “remade” pizza, I discovered at home that they simply gave me the original pizza in a new box—it was cold and clearly not remade. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a lack of respect for the customer.
I expected more accountability and care from the staff. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order from this location again.
