They were busy on a Friday but my pizza was still hot and delicious. Staff was nice too! I had a bite of breadstick at noon from a Coworker. That thing was so good I ordered at 8pm and it was still slappin. My first time here but won’t be my last! If my receipt is correct, Stacia was a joy to talk to. Got me in and out and was super nice. I’m from the Detroit area and this is the only pizza around here we get. Even when it’s slammed busy the staff are kind and produce great pizza. Bless the staff that have to deal with some of these terrible people in Jackson. We got the supreme deep dish and it was fantastic and loaded.

Who is making your pizzas? Are you violating child labor laws and hiring children because no adult in their right mind would think that this is an acceptable amount of sauce. The photo should explain the majority of my problem. Besides the fact that all the toppings slid off and most were sitting along the edge of the box, the pizza itself was quite heavy for its size because it had 50 times too much sauce, Horribly disappointed. Was very hungry and tried to eat it with a fork. Still entirely too messy and I sweet because of the massive quantity of BBQ sauce.

Ordered online . Money was taken out of my account . Have confirmation email. Was told my food was not made because of an error . I showed the cashier where the money was taken out of my account. She went to talk to the manager . Was told it was a point of sale charge and they wouldnt refund me . Manger refused to talk to me . Stole 30 bucks from me will never go there again and will be contacting corporate.

Love going to the Jackson, Michigan location! The people are friendly on the phone, the pizza is always delicious, and they are really good even when busy giving an accurate time for our pickup. We live almost 25 minutes from the restaurant, so I don’t want to plan the pickup and have to wait another 15-20 minutes.
