In the last few months I have tried 3 different Cottage Inn locations and this place was the best. I ordered a family deal at 3:35pm on Saturday, I was told that it would be 35min. until my order was ready but I got the order in just 20min. The workers during this shift were friendly, upbeat, accommodating, and very professional. The pizza quality was great, and the SALAD LOOKED JUST LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT, I was impressed because the salads at the other locations were wimpy.

I live 1.3 miles away from this Cottage Inn but they won’t deliver to me. First the employee said they couldn’t because of past issues(mind you I just moved here and this is my first time asking for delivery ever). I tell the employee I just moved here and she says well we just don’t deliver to that area. I’ve eaten at this Cottage Inn many times(good pizza)but I’ve always ordered online and picked it up with no issue ever. I guess this is the customer service I’ve been skipping over by doing all of the work for them. Google asked me dine in/take out/delivery. Neither. Sigh.

Absolutely terrible service the people were rude. Pizza was made wrong, sauce exploded all over the breadsticks, one pizza was folded in half like I had been dropped. Then when we contacted them the guy on the phone was extremely unprofessional and hung up on us. We will never eat here again!

Ordered a large BLT pizza. It had romaine lettuce on it. Was disappointed, but whatever we just removed that wilted romaine lettuce, but then discovered the butter parmesan sauce for the crust was NOT on the crust, it was all over the pizza. It was absolutely disgusting and made our stomachs churn. We are unable to eat it and due to time commitments with kids sports, can’t take it back and ask for a new one. 🙁 We’ve never had an issue with other Cottage Inn Pizzas, this one in Holt was a very big disappointment and we will not be going there again.

I absolutely love their pizza. We have been eating here for 7 years and they have never ever disappointed us. I was skeptical cause heard mixed reviews but we out cottage inn lifers . Don’t knock it until you try it.

I got a deep dish meat lovers pizza and bacon cheese bread. Wow. Burnt to a crisp. I can barely break the crust. Worst pizza ever!!! I got the pizza on the way home from work today and live 20 minutes away. Said they would remake it. Can’t spend 40 minutes round trip to go back. So they only comped me $20 instead of the whole order which is not consumable. Honestly won’t be back for a second chance. Nasty!!!!

Didn’t even bother to put on the flavored crust like I asked. Pizza was very poorly cut and the sauce was all dried up. It’s 2025 and this is really what yall serving people? Not to mention the delivery driver acting like he was drunk and almost falling over when he brought the food to the door.
