This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I have literally EVER experienced. My bread sticks looked like someone had touched my food and the manager ABSOLUTELY refused and argued me DOWN that I couldn’t get it remade!!!!! He was absolutely so rude to me for no reason at all!!! Like it really didn’t make any sense why someone would be that mean and rude out of nowhere!!!! We demanded a refund and I just won’t go there ever again. That was absolutely terrible and I have never experienced that in my life literally. Yes, it literally looked someone took their finger and ate a bread stick out of the box!

Counter person does not know how to hand the full order to the customer. Ordered thru GrubHub and they didn’t give Muhammed my full order. I call to see if it’s there, they confirm but I’m not allowed to come get it. Absolutely ridiculous customer service when they are clearly at fault but now the consumer has to pay for it. Plenty of other pizza places to shop for this type of behavior. Very sad.

This is a new location and they are great. We wirk at the hospital and have ordered from them several times already. The food is delicious as Cottage Inn is, our orders are always correct even special requests, and the staff is friendly even when they’re busy. Exceeds expectations! The only thing more we could ask is special discounted delivery to the hospital.
