Ordered a large calzone with mushroom, jalapeno, bell pepper pepperoni, sausage, onion & a 14 piece Wing well done 11:10 pm 06/05/2025 the Stromboli was over cooked on the outside and doughy in the inside it was so doughy it taste like sour cream it smelled of dough the veggies were hard the jalapeno and mushroom not hot at all also the sausage should have been cooked really appreciate it the fresh ingredients but they need to be cooked I had to try because it’s under New Management I guess that’s a lie the cheese wasn’t fully melted in the calzone also my wings were not well done at all it’s like you completely disregarded my memo in the online order description and of course they closed early so I can’t get my money back until the morning if that go elsewhere and buy pizza update 06/13/25 pizza was cooked almost correctly pretty good still a little undercooked 3 stars one worker working phones and making food don’t know how sedentary that could possibly be but okay ordered again on 6/25/25 completely ruined my order will never ever return back to this store ordered specialty toppings they did not have them anchovies old world pepperoni spinach nothing charge me and said I’m sorry no one called you and told you we did not have them ask for my money back they said we cannot do it we can give you a credit do not eat from this place.

Looks dirty inside. They told me it would be 8 minutes for it took 30 minutes to make a pizza. They did not even acknowledge the delay avoiding eye contact all the time. They don’t even have napkins. What kind of place is this??? Do not go if you can avoid it.

Ordered a couple pizzas and soda for my family they forgot the 2 liter and gave me the worst blt pizza ever..barely any lettuce and 0 tomatoes. I called to ask for the missing and messed up items to be replaced and they said thats doordashes problem. I said i didnt relaize doordash made my pizza…then she hung up. Terrible service. Wont be a future customer. These business owners need to start training their staff in proper customer sevice etiquette.

I need gluten and dairy free which, as you can imagine, makes finding pizza difficult to say the least. My gf/df pizza was fantastic! Good amount of toppings on the pizza and to select from. My fellow diners, who consumed regular style pizza also enjoyed theirs. The picture is only half cause I almost forgot to take one.

Disappointed to say the least. My large Pizza was fine, although they can’t cut a pizza into even slices. My large order of Inn Styx was not so impressive. They hid a batch of burnt Inn Styx under a layer of nicely cooked breadstick. Food quality is terrible at this store.

I ordered a walnut cranberry salad. No cranberries was on my salad. Called and the manager was rude. Said they have been out of cranberries for a few weeks. I asked why wasn’t I notified? She tried to use the excuse that she didn’t have my contact info because I used the app to make my order. I said thats bull cause my name and phone number are right on all the stickers. She said I’m sorry ma’am we was really busy and wasn’t able to call, and gave me a 5$ credit. I Was eating my pizza and realized it wasnt correct either. No Italian sausage. Called again told them my pizza was not correct either. She puts me on hold. Comes back and says her boss said there is nothing they can do about if I can’t bring the pizza back to them. I said I’m not going to be able to do that I have to be at work soon. The manager and a male employee was very unprofessional. Hanging up on customers and cussing at them is not a good look for a business. No matter if the customer cussed at you. You are still supposed to remain professional.
