I ordered delivery from Cottage Inn Pizza in Clarkston and it was outstanding. The delivery was incredibly fast way quicker than I expected. When the pizza arrived, it was still piping hot and tasted super fresh, like it came straight out of the oven and right to my door.
The driver was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to get delivery that’s both fast and restaurant-fresh, but Clarkston Cottage Inn really pulled it off And OMG, that brookie was delicious
Highly recommend if you want great pizza delivered the right way!

Ordered a traditional veggie pizza and a spinach Alfredo pizza and cran/walnut salad. Pizzas were very doughy, red sauce and Alfredo sauce on the other were spread very thin (could not even taste them). Lots of cheese though and only like one spinach leaf per piece. The salad was pretty but onions were big hunks and walnuts were not even chopped, but tasted fresh! I thought it was a more gourmet pizza I was looking for a nice rich pizza sauce and not a Ken’s dressing pack for salad ( barely any sauce) it was mostly cheese and dough, may have been too thick that the dough didn’t cook all the way or so much cheese on the dough. Anyhow it’s good if it’s your style. Just not my style. Not worth $50 to me.

This is the second time ordering a Carryout Pizza From The Cottage Inn Pizza Shop in Clarkston. The service was fast and friendly, and they had my pizza ready in about 15 minutes for pickup.
I ordered a medium sized deep dish pizza with a number of toppings. The pizza looked great and had good presentation. My complaint is that the crust tasted like cardboard, it was dry and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The restaurant needs to take a second look at their recipe for crust, and also look at their process for developing that crust into a pizza that has flavor. I have ordered deep dish pizza from other local shops there are 10 times better. A deep dish pizza crust should be crunchy on the bottom, and soft in the center and have some decent flavor. This Cottage deep dish pizza did not come close, as I mentioned it was dry and flavorless.
The toppings were fresh and tasted good, my complaint is about the crust in this restaurant needs to do something about it.

I stopped into Cottage Inn Pizza in Clarkston and was seriously impressed. The food was absolutely amazing — everything tasted fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they make.
The prices were great too, especially for how good the food is. It’s rare to find a place where you get both top-notch quality and great value, but Cottage Inn in Clarkston nails it.
Whether you’re ordering a full pizza, or picking up dinner for the family, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Highly recommend!

I drove by and realized Cottage Inn is open right on Main Street in Clarkston. It was my favorite pizza in Ann Arbor, I’m so glad they are here now…. Just as great as I remember, I had to wait 5 extra minutes for my order because the lobby was packed, but it’s well worth tbe wait. Can’t beat the crust or toppings on this pizza

Disappointing experience. My order was mishandled—another customer actually walked out with my pizza and had to bring it back. Because I was in a rush, I didn’t have time to wait for a remake. When I finally ate, the quality was lacking. I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, but it had almost no chicken or red onion on it. While the cheese and bacon were good. Needs improvement on both service and quality distribution of topping.

This was our 5th time ordering from this amazing new takeout pizza spot, and they’ve only been open about 4 months! We are so excited to have them in the area because OMG — the pizza is absolutely awesome and so, so good.
From day one, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and professional. The place is always clean, and you can tell they really care about their customers and their food. We even had the chance to meet the owners, and they are super engaging and genuinely friendly — it makes such a difference supporting a local business like this.
Our favorite pizza so far is the Deluxe with everything crust — it’s loaded with toppings and full of flavor in every bite. They also have incredible feta cheese bread that is a must-try! And don’t skip the chicken tenders — they’re hand-breaded and delicious. They offer a bunch of different homemade sauces, and my son’s absolute favorite is the ranch.
This is officially the only pizza place we’ll be going to from now on. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out!

I got their large thin crust heart shaped pizza and customized it with a pesto base, chicken, bacon, tomato red onion, black olives and feta (along with their regular cheese blend). I enjoy their butter garlic parm crust rub or whatever. They don’t cut the heart shapped pizza. Im guessing because someone probably complained it doesn’t look like a heart after cutting it. So to mitigate any problems due to not cutting the pizza, you can specify to have it cut or I found an adorable orange pizza cutter in the box with my heart shaped pizza. It was an adorable and handy touch to add. I felt like I got a cute little valentine pizza cutter.
The gentleman working the counter was so friendly, kind and quick. The young ladies working there didn’t have any pizzas to make and they were right there showing face and just chatting about work. It was a really clean, nice, friendly environment and it has a kind of open kitchen concept. I’ll be back. Most definitely.
