I had a Doordash order to pick up to deliver. The app said I didn’t need a pizza bag for the order. I have one, just forgot it this day. The girl was very rude and refused to give me the order w/o one. I had to cancel my delivery, took a rating drop bc I had to cancel AND missed out on making a 22$ for the delivery. I’ve heard of great food there but after how I was treated and the negative effect on my Doordasher stats, I’ll never step foot in there. I can only imagine how customers are treated if I’m just a side gig worker and they were so condensending and rude to me.

Fantastic Pizza – quality – and affordability.
Went with the traditional crust, 3 toppings, and flavored crust and was very pleased.
I could tell that my Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushroom was made fresh to order – my pizza was hot and had the whole “stretchy” cheese feel even after the drive home.
Plus – for under $15 (this one meal, carried into lunch the next day with leftovers) I was impressed with the level of excellence.

Definately NOT Gourmet, but FAR from being the worst! We recommend the Pizza and Salads, but the sub sandwich was so sad. There was more aluminum foil than meat. Of the Pizza Places here in town, on a scale from 1-10, 10 being Amazing, solid 8!!! We are fans and will continue to order on Pizza Nights!!

Canceled order on doordash as dasher was waiting for the order. They waited about 30 minutes after we placed it until they decides to cancel. Probably wanted to close up shop and not make anymore food. Whack.
Update: ordered through doordash at 7:55pm. They close at 9. Same thing happened. They waited about 30 minutes after the order was placed to cancel, stating they close soon. Trash restaurant with trash management. Ill be reaching out to corporate.

I know it’s the first week but it seemed very unorganized and a little chaotic. Went inside and Ordered the special large 1 item and inn Stix. 25min wait wasn’t given receipt when the pizza came out it was the wrong one came with peppers on it didn’t realise until we were home. So had to pick apart the pizza. After the peppers were gone the pizza did taste very good! Along with the Inn Stix. Hopefully in a month or 2 will be back and things will be more smooth. Also the dine in part is a little small.. the big table right in front where you order needs to go. Nobody wants to be eating with people hovering over you to order and wait for food

Cottage Inn stole my money. I placed an order for 2 pizzas 45 minutes before they closed and it was supposed to get here by about 9pm. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I tried at least ten times to get through and find out where our food was. No one ever answered. By 9:15 it still wasn’t here, so we ordered from somewhere else. WELL. Turns out they did deliver it, but 9:30. The driver didn’t even knock, and we didn’t know the food was there. My husband found it at about 2am. Cottage Inn is REFUSING to give me back my money ($50), even though this is completely their fault. They want to give me a credit or remake the food. In this economy?? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. NO CREDITS. NO FOOD. MONEY. I also have video of the driver dropping off the food and leaving without a knock. The person who is working today, June 14, at 1:30pm was incredibly rude and was unwilling to help me in the way I needed help. She called *me* unreasonable and unprofessional.

Absolutely 5 stars all the way, we called a few different places looking for a place that would deliver to our hotel room that accepts cash, fast delivery plus the food is fantastic!! Great job you guys!!!!!

My mom, sister and I got together for game night last weekend. We decided we were hungry and the concensus was pizza. We chose Cottage Inn because my mom had a coupon. We ordered the mushroom, mild pepper and bkack olive pie. Omg! It was delicious! I must say that the crust and cheese were my faves. We loved it and will definately order again. Bty, the order staff was friendly and patient. We were bumbling around with the coupon and changing our minds for a bit. So, thank you for that and that tasty pie. Nothing left!
