Ordered a personal pizza after being under the weather. The delivery came earlier than projected, the pizza was exactly to my weird customizations (shout out pizza makers), and the delivery driver was SO KIND. He called me ahead of time for his arrival, greeted me with the kindest smile and his manners were refreshing.
I called the store to let them know of my positive experience and was greeted with the same experience on the phone as well. Absolutely incredible staff and store!

First time ordering from this location. Checked website first but no deep dish option mentioned so I called to inquire. “Yes, we have deep dish.” I ordered a large with pepperoni and banana peppers and asked for my total…”$14.83″ the young man said. I get there, they hand me a SMALL pizza–claiming “that’s the size of our deep dish” and charge me $15.30 (“oh, it’s s little extra when you use a card” another young man said)…and, the sauce is lacking. I’m not one to go back and forth but I wanted to let everyone know! I will NOT give my money to THIS Cottage Inn.

I absolutely love that they offer the option to add green olives and artichokes, such a game changer! The seasoning and garlic butter take this ooey, gooey slice of greatness completely over the top.
The service is always quick, the staff is super friendly with positive attitudes, and my orders are consistently accurate and delicious.
Perfect for our Friday dinner during Lent!

I’ve been using them for several months staying at a hotel in the Auburn Hills area. Delivery is always excellent. Never have a problem with the food. Their pizza is excellent. I recommend a medium Old world style pepperoni with Cajun seasoning oh my god is it good….well done….. Or trailer barbecue chicken so it is out of this world best one I’ve ever had. I ordered from them at least once a week. Great pizza place very impressed with the service and the qualities of their ingredients.

We placed an order online and picked it up without any issues. The space was busy but welcoming, and the staff was polite and efficient. It was definitely a grab-and-go kind of night for us, but everything was prepped and ready right on time.
All of us require gluten-free, and the pizzas definitely exceeded expectations. Mine came with Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, bacon, spinach, and green bell pepper (no cheese), and it was so good. Thin crust with a perfect crunch and just a little chew — you’d never guess it was gluten-free unless someone told you.
Ordering was easy, service was kind, and the quality really stood out. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a gluten-free-friendly pizza spot.

I love Cottage Inn. It’s my favorite pizza place locally. It’s delicious and I usually order once a week or two. I will choose this place over any other pizza place locally.
But…your website and app are beyond frustrating to use. My bank card expired and I cannot add my new card. All I needed to do was update the expiration date and # on back but it wouldn’t let me. I could only delete my old card and there is no where to add it back unless you order something. The box to input your Card info never loads(pic attached). I guess I’m not ordering anything until this is fixed.
I do not like to call and order over the phone because people tend to mess up phone orders.

I’ve ordered here several times we had delivery never been in store. They have the best barbecue chicken sub I’ve ever had in my life, and I have tried every mainstream pizza chain, and a lot of mom and pops places in between the meatball sub is absolutely fire as well… Hormel brand meatballs very very good. I will continue to order from this location.

The crust is on the doughie side but good. I usually don’t like doughie pizza but this one is an exception. I would have given it a 5 star if it was a bit crispier with less sauce. The cheesebread was delicious as well.
