This was my first time visiting Cottage Inn Pizza, and it definitely lived up to the recommendation from a family member. The service was outstanding! Antron helped us and went above and beyond—he took the time to explain the best deal, and even showed us how to earn some extra breadsticks.
The pizza was fantastic, the breadsticks were average, not a lot of flavor. The price was very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for great-quality pizza with top-notch service, this is the place to go.

Getting it hot and dining in was the best choice. We spent roughly $38 and some change on cheese bread and a half and half pizza which was traditional pep and supreme w/o mushroom. The cheese bread was so stringy and was ok, not as flavorful as it could have been. The pizza was decent, the traditional pep was good and recommended. As you chewed/ate more of a slice, it was as though the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, like borderline doughy.

So, two friends and I had to make a trip up to Ann Arbor for a funeral this weekend and after being in the car for almost five hours, we decided just to order in. The concensus landed on pizza, because why not?! So instead of getting something from a larger chain, we opted for Cottage Inn. Let me just say that we were ECSTATIC we did! Happy pizza dances were had!
We did a split, round, medium pizza with breadsticks and two oreo shakes. The breadsticks are SO GOOD!! We’re partial to soft, doughy, garlicky breadsticks so if you’re not in that club, you won’t like these. If you are, you’ll LOVE them! The buttery goodness lifted our spirits.
For our pizza, we split half with pepperoni and feta, the other half sausage and onion, with mushrooms on the whole thang. The veggies are under the cheese, which was more than abundant and gooey and overall the topping ratio was impressive. Now, the shakes were a random move but turned out to be a great decision. I called ahead to see what the dirty shamrock consisted of, so if you’re curious it’s chocolate and mint. But yes, the shakes were delicious as well. If there were a Cottage Inn near us in Indianapolis, consider me a return customer.
We were staying at the Wyndham hotel nearby and our driver actually called to ensure he was able to find us. He delivered to our room! Which is such a small, but nice gesture that saved us some convenience. So big thank you to our driver for that extra effort.

Cottage Inn is by far the best pizza around. I’ve never had a bad pizza there.
Just be aware if you’re visiting this specific location: we always end up waiting another 10-20 minutes on top of our scheduled pickup time. I know that everyone is short staffed. And I’m definitely not complaining. Just trying to get the word out there.

Ordered the Nino and wanted to add on the small caesar salad. Cashier said they can’t add the salad on for $2.00 even though it’s what their window flyer says. Tried to charge me over 14.00 for a Nino and caesar side salad. Ended up only getting the nino.

Cottage Inn has a great crust and excellent gormet pizza specialities. Standouts include the Price Buster, Chicken Mediterranean, and the Cuban. Some locations offer milkshakes and some good cheese bread options. A step above the national chains, especially in the non-Detroit style category. Lots of locations around town. The stadium location is super convenient on the west side of Ann Arbor. This location has a good sized dining area.

Ordered three subs a salad and a large pizza. Food was out fast and tasted great. Would easily recommend this location. I don’t remember the person working that night, but she was solo and took care of everything quickly and with great customer service. If you are in the area go here, you will not be disappointed
