Ordered wings and got fake meat. These are not chicken or chicken wings. These are by far the worst feeling and tasting things you could put in your mouth. Literally, mush and the inside look and taste like worms. I tore them all open after eating the first one; spitting that out. Gross!
It’s really sad that’s what I got for my dinner before my surgery, and they will all go in the trash. DO NOT ORDER WINGS unless you want fake disgusting unknown products in your body. Gordon Ramsey should visit your pizza shop.
I saw Cottage Inn Pizza on Google Maps and got excited. Now I’m starving and disgusted.
What a waste of my money and loss of a customer. Shameful!

I regularly order from Cottage Inn, either pickup or delivery. I’ve never had any problems, the food is always hot, tasty, and well-portioned.

They didn’t cut my pizza. At work so I didn’t have a pizza cutter to do it. Food was really good and the ranch was amazing. Just wish my pizza was cut lol.

This place is awful, the staff looks like they should be hanging off the back of a city sanitation truck or in the lobby of a probation office. The hygiene of the employees was horrific, they used their bare hands to make the

pizza and touched their face and hair. I literally threw the pizza away after I received it. A city inspection is way over due for this hole in the wall dump of a “restaurant “.

Wherever I live in Michigan, I pick up a chicken Mediterranean pizza every couple of months or so, deep dish.

Just went to the Plymouth road location in Ann Arbor, I have not yet eaten the pizza, but I am sure that it is fine as I am rarely disappointed with this order.

I did notice however that the it was much hotter in the store than outside (outside was 90 degrees), in that the AC was broken. I find it inexcusable that the owners expect their employees to work in such conditions during a heatwave, literally 1/3 of the floorplan is an oven.

If not MIOSHA, someone needs to fix this ASAP and I will check in a few weeks to see if anything happened, people are people and they deserve basic human dignity. I’m Jamaican and all the U.S. pizza chains down there have AC blasting due to the large ovens, there is no excuse for this.

Food is okay but my biggest issue and it’s other places too. When you come from the back cooking, take your gloves or wash hands before ringing up. You can stand there and watch food being made.. please be aware of that. I think you should reinforce the rules for cross contamination. The food is good and good service just please wash hands and or throw away gloves before and after ringing up guest.

As a native Ann Arborite, I grew up with Cottage Inn Pizza. I don’t live there anymore but was in town and picked up a pizza for old times sake. The pizza was ok but the customer service was atrocious. First I called because I had a question but was put on hold without a word and forgotten about. Called a second time and same thing. I decided to just order online. When I picked up the pizza it was not busy at all (totally empty) so don’t know why they didn’t answer the phone. I walked in and there were 2 employees there. I wasn’t greeted even though she saw me standing and waiting. Then after a few minutes she asked the other person to go to the counter. I smiled and told them my name/order #. No greeting, smile or anything. He just handed me my pizza. Really disappointing customer service. Doesn’t make me want to come back. Pizza was ok. Toppings were very sparse. Cottage inn has so many nice memories for me and history in town – it is a shame how this customer was treated.

Everytime I’ve ordered from here the pizza’s have been ready by the specified pick up time and are always correct. They have a great variety of options including vegan cheese and vegan meats. Price is reasonable for the size of pizzas they offer. Never a wait for pickup even at peak times like Friday and Saturday night.

First time customer at any location of Cottage Inn Pizza. No dine-in at this location. Late Sat night and only one employee on duty. He was busy taking phone and in-person orders, making and packaging pizzas, and working the register. He was abrupt and borderline rude. No welcome greeting, no information offered to new customer, and never even smiled. No thank you for coming. He seemed stressed. However, the Smokehouse Pizza (pulled pork and bacon with Robinson’s BBQ sauce) was very good. The crust was soft and chewy. I will try the brand again to try more of the selection of gourmet pizzas. I’ll try a dine-in location.
