This place is incredibly strong — I highly recommend everyone to visit. Not only the food, but the menu as a whole is outstanding. They manage to combine flavors in a way that feels truly unique, and the presentation is simply stunning.
The balance between price and quality is absolutely perfect. The sets are very affordable while delivering exceptionally high quality.
The service is strong as well — it was a bit slow at the beginning, but quickly found a very good pace.
Honestly, this feels close to Michelin-level cuisine. I strongly suggest coming here before they receive a star and become overpriced or hard to book.

We had the 5 course inspiration menu it was fantastic ! lots of great dishes. It was so good we ate there on both nights off our stay in the hotel ,the Staff particularly Tom and Johann were very attentive and Knowledgeable explaining how each dish was created ! The Swiss Chardonnay was excellent!

The Cote Square was fabolous, from service to culinary experience …. We enjoyed our dinner, one of the best gourmet experience in Geneva.
The sommelier proposed to us a local wine which was amazing.
Food was a 5 star without any doubt.
Recommend to visit if you would like to taste a culinary experience , combined with amazing service and drinks.
We ordered scallops which were out of the world and tuna was super delicious.

Had an excellent experience at this restaurant. We weren’t sure what to expect since the portions in the photos were so small but to our surprise, in addition to the appetizer, main and dessert that was ordered, there were “pre” dishes for each. We were very full by the end of it. Our server had excellent knowledge of the dishes and because I had specified my allergies at time of booking, they were able to make substitutions for me. And trust me, this isn’t always easy as I’m allergic to dairy, gluten and eggs! Love this restaurant and would highly recommend it

Good vibe and well presented food. I’m not sure why though but I’m not as impressed with the taste of the food itself. It could be because of the jetlag, but I felt the sherbet was a bit too pungent. The beef dishes were great though, but I didn’t like other cold dishes that much.

Great discovery! We feasted, we took the passionate menu consisting of a starter, two main courses and a dessert for 95chf. We were really surprised by the quality and the work done in the preparation of the dishes. It was our first time but we will definitely be back!

Situated in the Hotel Bristol lobby, the Côté Square restaurant was excellent. In the summer the restaurant is technically closed from June 23 to September 10 and replaced with “Quartiers d’été”, which is the menu we had. The Bristol Burger was great, as was the seasonal pastry (a lemon tart). The Trilogie Creme dessert was okay, but still good. We noticed on the back of the menu it says all chicken and beef are Halal, which the waiter confirmed! The live piano music made for a great environment. The waiters and staff here are very nice and amazing!
