The concept is genius: a seamless blend of a classic American steakhouse and a traditional Korean BBQ. We opted for the Butcher’s Feast ($78 per person), and it is arguably the best value for such a high caliber experience. You get four selected cuts of USDA Prime beef, prepared right at your table, accompanied by a parade of traditional Korean sides (banchan), stews, and savory egg soufflé.
The meat quality is top tier, but the experience of watching the precision of the tabletop grilling is what sets it apart. The service is A1 attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed. COTE isn’t just a dinner; it’s an event. If you want world class food in an environment that feels electric, this is it. 10/10.
The atmosphere and service were a 10/10, actually it exceeds the scale. I couldn’t believe how exceptional the service was.
We tried “Butcher’s Feast”. The food was a 10/10, exceeding the scale once again. The steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare as they should be. The A5 Wagyu was the star of the show. It was perfect.
The only critique I have is the cabbage kimchi was a little bit too salty, and made the kimchi stew salty as well. However, we still ate it all and enjoyed everything.
For those with shellfish allergies, be very careful as most of the side dishes have shrimp in them, also the steaks are seasoned with a dehydrated shrimp salt. If you have serious shellfish allergies yet you still want to dine, please let them know prior to your reservation.
Would highly recommend and we will be back to try everything else.
I love AYCE Korean BBQ, but having everything cooked perfectly for you hits differently. No leaving smelling like smoke —just enjoying every bite. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to.
Drinks:
Lychee Martini — one was plenty for my lightweight self, but so good.
Food:
We did the tasting menu (Butcher’s feast) (highly recommend) with the A5 add-on. The Sendai Wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
Highlights: **
Oysters with uni to start — creamy and rich
Korean “bacon” (smoked pork belly, pickled jalapeño, Korean mustard) — fatty goodness; I could’ve eaten just this
Unlimited sides, all delicious (because yes, that matters)
Egg soufflé — perfectly fluffy
Tofu soup — easily could’ve had five bowls
Vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel — unexpected and amazing
Bonus! they accommodated for my gluten free friend.
Come hungry, leave happy. Definitely a must-try.
A huge shoutout to Gabriel, our server, who went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. The manager was also absolutely awesome and really elevated our evening with such a personal, welcoming touch.
We started with the steak and eggs, which was out of this world – perfectly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and literally melted in your mouth. We then moved on to the Butcher’s Feast, which was a full culinary journey through some of the most incredible cuts of meat we’ve ever had. Each one was better than the last. We also ordered the Kimchi Wagyu Paella, which was rich, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal.
COTE is more than just dinner, it’s an experience. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was top-tier. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed the stews the most out of all the dishes offered. The steak was good but not michelin mindblowing. To be fair, we got the butchers feast as this was recommended by a friend who said it was the best experience at cote to try all the foods. Egg soufflee needs works seriously it just tasted like plain old eggs. I think i can make eggs taste better. Lacks seasoning and umami!!! Service is so weird. They come and go flip your meats and then leave. Does not feel very michelin to me tbh. soft serve tastes like dairy queen. Lol jokes
The experience centers around premium cuts of dry-aged beef, including USDA Prime and Wagyu, cooked tableside on smokeless tabletop grills — a theatrical touch that makes every meal feel interactive and memorable. The Butcher’s Feast is a must-try: an impressive selection of cuts paired with beautifully prepared Korean side dishes.
COTE’s wine list has won accolades for its depth and presentation, and the cocktail program is equally inventive, rounding out a meal that feels both fun and sophisticated.
While it’s definitely on the pricier side — and reservations are strongly recommended — the combination of top-tier ingredients, polished service, and stylish ambiance makes it one of Miami’s most talked-about fine dining experiences.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a standout meal in the city, COTE delivers a unique culinary adventure that lingers long after dessert.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cote for a birthday celebration, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere .
We were absolutely blown away by the quality and variety of the meat. The perfectly seasoned dry-aged ribeye was unreal . The meat was cooked by our server right at our table. We didn’t have to lift a finger, allowing us to just sit back, socialize, and savor every bite.
The kimchi, and pickled vegetables, were all delicious and replenished without us having to ask. The spicy ssamjang, elevated the natural flavors of the meat beautifully.
The service was impeccable. Our server, Nestor, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and ensured our drinks were always full and our grill top was changed to ensure the best flavor. The entire staff worked as a team, making us feel like VIPs throughout the evening.
We ended the meal with their unique soy sauce caramel soft-serve ice cream, which was an unexpected and delightful twist.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Cote is a must-visit. I have to be Honest, It’s pricey, but completely worth the experience and the quality of food. I can’t wait to go back!
