Went in to pick up my order and they were pretty busy. I got my order but made the mistake of not checking it before I got home and realized there were no rice and beans, only lettuce on the side. It would have been nice if I had been told they were out of rice and beans when I was given my order because I would have happily waited for some. I will not be returning.

I had a very upsetting experience at Costa Vida in Richfield. I clearly ordered a vegetarian meal with no meat, yet I was served chicken. As a lifelong vegetarian who has never consumed meat or eggs, this mistake was deeply offensive and unacceptable. When I called to report the issue, the staff hung up on me instead of offering help. This is not only negligence in food preparation but also highly disrespectful customer service. I am planning to take legal action against the company for this incident, as such mistakes can have serious emotional and ethical consequences for customers like me. I strongly urge anyone with dietary restrictions to think twice before ordering here.

45 minutes in line while the drive through is prioritized. Not a good look or experience. My burrito was cold by the time it came off the line. Here’s a cheat code when you dine in, instead of ordering like everyone else, call your order in and you will get your food before anyone that hasn’t ordered yet

There just was no seasoning… I got grilled chicken Nacho’s with queso on the side. The meat wasn’t seasoned. There was absolutely no taste to it at all. Queso was good though. All the guys were very nice.

Costa Vida never fails to deliver fresh and flavorful food, and this location is no exception. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Richfield! That said, our November 2024 visit came with a bit of a chilly surprise—it was 21° outside, and honestly, it felt about the same inside. My food went from piping hot to frostbite-level cold faster than I could finish a taco.
While I love this place and usually rate it a solid 5 stars, this particular visit earns a 4.5 because we practically needed parkas for dinner. Still, worth it for the deliciousness. Moses recommends, but maybe pack a scarf.

Holy…. food 😉 this place is incredible. First time visiting and I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing. You would think they had just opened with how friendly everyone was — Kyra served me, and several of her co-workers also acknowledged me, complimented my food choices, and hoped I would enjoy my meal! Glad to be trying Kyra’s favorite: raspberry chicken burrito smothered in cheese & raspberry sauce (enchilada style) with a unique ranch dressing sauce on the side. Plus pico, lettuce, gauc & sour cream included – couldn’t ask for a better experience all around.

I have eaten at Costa Vida at least a million times this location is super dirty. bathrooms are gross. Soda machine is even worse. Not sure what happened to their signature salad dressing but it just tasted like Ranch very disappointing.

I placed my order at 6pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. I got a call at 6:15pm saying that they were out of black beans. Another member of my party went in at 6:25pm and got told they were out of chicken, so I instead got steak. My other party sat for approximately 30 more minutes inside the restaurant while staff ignored her (they offered drinks while she sat and told her it would only be 5-10 more minutes) and helped everyone else who came in after her. Once she got it home, my steak was not cooked and the food quality was not good, we ended up throwing both items away because of the quality of the food. I’m very disappointed in my experience.

This location needs to hire more people. I’m sure customers are skipping this Costa because it is so slow. One person running the drive through? It took 30 mins for 4 cars to get through. This was mid for a Costa. Food was ok. Maybe if there were enough employees it would be better.

That’s what double rice looks like. I usually really love costa but at least a decent amount of rice would be nice. I also checked and had to go back for the ranch and one employee was very rude whereas the other was super helpful and nice. I hate to leave reviews like this but the past few times I’ve been haven’t been the greatest.
