What can I say? Fire! I had the grilled chicken salad; it was great. The pico was fresh. I don’t know if they make it fresh or if it comes already made, but it had that “made today” flavor. The chicken was tender, moist, and juicy, and the flavors were nice. The romaine lettuce was crisp and fresh. Service was dynamite! I will definitely eat here again. Don’t listen to the bad reviews…this place is delicious. We are from Canada and stayed in the hotel by the restaurant and stopped in. It was delicious! We could’ve licked our plates clean. They even made the burrito shell right in front of us. Great prices too. We had the burrito and the bowl. Both were fantastic. We will stop here again if we are driving down the interstate. Super nice staff too. They were happy and laughing and obviously really like their jobs.

Today I got a big chicken nacho with nacho cheese sauce and a drink and sum for my kiddos. the young lady with black hair was helping me . She was very kind pleasant , smiled and was professional about her job regardless of people stating who she was i was in the line their was people talking about her and she knew it and she pushed through it with confidence and showed that the job was more important than making a scene. the food was great the atmosphere was great they all worked together as a team and made sure orders got out in a good time. I will be coming back for more!.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience here. While my salad was being prepared, I noticed the guacamole placed on top was brown and clearly dried out. I pointed this out, and the manager came over and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said yes, please.
Instead of remaking the salad or changing gloves, he rolled his eyes (as confirmed by friends standing behind me), then used the same dirty gloves he had been wearing at the register to reach directly into my salad and remove the guacamole by hand. He then added new guacamole and continued handling the register — still wearing the same gloves, now covered in salad and guacamole.
The lack of basic food safety and professionalism was shocking, especially from a manager. I ultimately asked for a refund, and his attitude during that interaction was equally dismissive and unprofessional.
I would strongly encourage management to review proper food handling procedures and customer service standards. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Four stars instead of three because I know how it is with the dinner rush. The floors were dirty and they put tortillas strips on my salad even when I just said not to. I’m not picky though so it’s okay. What made up for it all was the CHILI LIME CHOLULA HOT SAUCE which is my absolute favorite and I can never find offered at costa Vida. I got so much it had to have its own separate dressing container.

I love costa but I am not a fan of this location . Wait time is a little long, but not terrible! Last time we were here, they gave us lettuce and pico with our enchiladas, but today we asked specially for it since they didn’t ask if we wanted it. The worker said “Oh we don’t give you pico or lettuce with that usually”. We asked if we could have it anyways since we’d gotten it there before. He repeated they don’t do that. Finally we said we could pay extra for it. He said nothing but reluctantly added lettuce and pico. I don’t think they charged us extra though! The food was pretty good but they measure out the meat veryyyy precisely and it is clearly not enough. All I could taste was the sauce. I know that menus vary locationally, but they don’t give you cinnamon tortillas with the kids meal. Sadly they also only have horchata. I would love it if they had more drinks 🙂 i was satisfied but it could have been better

Everything looked really gross and dirty as we walked in. Every table was covered in fallen meat scraps, and the floor was filthy. The employees had 0 social skills and seemed confused the whole time. The young man with the long black/purple hair that helped us assumed that three different dishes were ours and was wrong all three times. They seemed to struggle to listen and ask/answer basic questions about our order. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Costa Vida

I travel for work, and every time I get a chance to come to Utah I always stop by here and enjoy their sweet pork burrito! Jorge and Jermay are very kind and as it does get busy they manage it very well! DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!
