I usually have positive experiences with Costa Vida, specifically through the North Logan location. I visited the Providence location via drive-thru for more convenience. When I got home I found that my quesadilla had no cheese, only sweet pork and the tortilla itself. I was disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning to this location, but will stick to the North Logan one.

I went through the drive through to pick up my mobile order tonight (the girl at the window was very sweet!) and when I got home to eat dinner with my partner I noticed my plate smelled a bit funky. I picked at the food and realized it was the meat that smelt a little weird. I can’t pin point what it smelt like but my partner’s food didn’t smell the same. Mine tasted how it smelt and it was just very off and gross. I contacted the store and I think I spoke to the manager who was very understanding and nice. He let me explain the situation and than gave me options on how they can correct the mistake we’re in north logan so I didn’t want to go pick up a new order so he said he’s sending us coupons. I love going to this location because of the drive through and have always had a great experience 🙂 10/10 everyone is amazing

The drive thru is consistently putting the queso on the side of my nachos when I specifically request it go on top. I understand why they put it on the side for to go, so I specifically request it go on top and ensure they read it back to me as such. I’m going to start holding up the drive through line if the queso is on the side going forward. I’ve tried complaining at the restaurant and nothing changes. I want to get what I order and pay for. I don’t want to dump hot queso all over the cold guac, pico and sour cream. I don’t know why I can’t just get what I order.

Good food but don’t use their app if you plan to get your food quickly. It can be hard to hear them through the driver through and I recommend not using their app. I placed an order on the app and, got to the drive through and was told that they it would be over 15 minutes till they could start it. They had the order, but could not start it till the arbitrary time the app set for the order passed. We had to park in the parking lot, wait for the time the app assigned for the meal to be made, a time that was not disclosed to be before hand. Then I had to go inside and pick it up. The app may be worth it for the rewards if you go there enough to get a lot of points.

We placed our order in advance for 30 people to the Costa Vida in South Logan. The restaurant manager, Erik, was super helpful and responsive. Everything was perfect and the food was amazing. We will be back!

Everything about this place is Beautiful, and I could truly eat here every day, which brings us to the reason why I put 3 stars instead of 5. I got word that there is a location in Ogden that is open on Sundays and that should be standard. Sunday seems to be the day I crave the Vida the most, and each time I am left disappointed, and full of despair. So if the owner sees this and we get us a Sunday costa vida, I will see to it that you get my order every Sunday.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The girls who work there are super kind and always smiling, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service is excellent, fast, and very professional.

Went during lunch time. It was pretty busy. Kinda of a funny shaped Costa vida it’s long and skinny. Food was hot and fresh. Large drink is like $2.50 but has refills. Plenty of places still left to sit, they have outdoor seating. Would recommend visiting this one.

I usually would avoid posting a review because nothing can be done when your order is messed up but today I am beyond ticked off. I ordered pickup through online ordering and asked for a regular chicken salad. No rice. No beans. No pico. No guac. Drive all the way to Logan only to get back home and find surprise after surprise of all the things I asked to be removed. Please see the receipt and picture of my salad. I’m so sick of the food service industry. They’ve become lazy and incompetent. And I’d like to note the girls working the counter have zero customer service skills. It’s like talking to a door every time you visit this location. Train your staff.
