Great quick pickup from an online order. I was spotted quickly and our order was ready on projected time. Food was fresh and our preferences were perfected in the order! I love costa vida. I avoid the city creek sore because something is wrong with my order every time. I have 3 times now ordered a regular salad and instead received a small size. Don’t get me wrong. It still tastes good. I should just get What I pay for, and it has happened several times now, not just the salad.

the food was great as always, but Tabatha (i think that’s how it’s spelled) was not very attentive or friendly, and ignored me and my friend when we tried to ask for add ons which we are aware that we had to pay extra for those. In general it just felt like she didn’t want to listen to our requests.

My friends and I had just finished a really long day working at the convention center and didn’t have the chance to eat until right before most places closed. The staff were super kind and let us in just a couple minutes before close. They got us food and were nice enough to let us stay after while they cleaned so we could enjoy. It was so thoughtful since we were exhausted. Super great staff!

This has to be some of the speediest food preppers I’ve ever seen! The employees made the food so fast before our eyes and had such a great attitude. They were smiling and friendly and helpful. I ordered a small salad and all the ingredients are so flavorful and fresh. I would highly recommend it and go back again myself..

This is not in the main food court area. It’s on the street level tucked in a corner next to City Creek. Not hard to find, but needs a little bit of attention to find. Good food! Very clean!
