I’ve been using this location for years for our office lunches. They always exceed my expectations! Food is labeled with individual names and always ready at the promised time. The staff here is so kind and friendly. They always help bring it to my car and go out of their way to be super helpful. They have a forever customer in me! Thanks so much!!

We love Costa Vida but were very unpleasantly surprised by this visit. The service was unfriendly at best, abrasive and hostile at worst. More of the employees had AirPods in an ear than not. The glove usage was horrifying. We watched one employee sweep the entire kitchen with gloves on. Two separate employees had their gloves and aprons on in the lobby, one was actively eating her meal. We watched another employee pick up his drink from the counter by the register and drink it as he walked through the kitchen. The employee at the register was not only rude when ringing us up, but had an AirPod in and was talking on the phone the whole time they cleaned the lobby tables surrounding us. The AirPod also stopped them from hearing us tell them our order and caused us to have to repeat it multiple times. I have no qualms repeating myself in a busy restaurant, but knowing it was because the employee was occupied with something other than their customer service was frustrating. I’m sure it is a typically hard working staff, and we’ll be returning to costa vida in the future (though probably to the West Jordan location) but the many disappointing instances left a bad taste in our mouths. I don’t like to leave a one star review, but if I was the General Manager of this location, I would want to know what was happening on my night shift.

I love Costa Vida, but are they no longer adding the cream on the tres leches? I did a delivery order & no cream. It is the best part & I’m really frustrated & annoyed. I am paying $7 for it to be delivered & it is really frustrating when the order has mistakes

Writing this because I think individually owned franchises need to be more aware of the overall brand and mission of the restaurant outside of their own store. This location is closest to our house, but we drive the extra 10 minutes just to go the new West Jordan location because it’s so good, and this location is so bad. This location has the least friendly staff, consistently, they don’t look you in the eye, the speak either quietly or abrasively, there’s just no kindness…which makes ordering a miserable experience. It’s also consistently difficult to tell who is actually working and who isn’t. Consistently not wearing uniforms, it just feels off. As far as the food quality, it also lacks. They try and make the food so fast, that it compromises what we get. My salad is consistently a SOUP with some lettuce, because the beans aren’t drained, and (cliche)…but the amount of meat you get depends on who is working. The new West Jordan location weighs your plate in front of you, so that you know they value consistency and fairness. I’m not a guy who needs EXTRA, I just want a balanced, correctly-ratio’d meal. The ratios are wacko, like, there’s no training or management of their line servers. I got 5 pieces (yes, FIVE) pieces of tomato as my salsa/pico…that’s how small the amount was, but he did THREE SCOOPS of soggy, rotten cilantro. Topped with the most comical small amount of corn chips. The point is, it’s wildly different every time, and we won’t be going back for a while until we have to, and hopefully by then they’ve made some changes. Management: GO CHECK OUT THE NEW WEST JORDAN….they’re doing it right.

We ordered food online for a business and the website was super simple to use for a larger group of employees, the food arrived the minute it said it was going to, and it was delicious. We all love Costa Vida, but we give 5 stars for this location and this order! We’ll order here again for sure 🙂

My buddy loved this place so much that he didn’t want to leave! Jamie wanted a “Costa Vida Sleepover” and we had to DRAG him (and his happy tummy) out of the booth

The food is good, but every time I come, The manager is taking the orders and serving the meat for the order, I swear he puts 50% less meat than all the other places do. It’s a joke, you pay $12 for a salad and that’s basically what you get, not enough meat, barely any cheese or chips and the meat was cold! I’m done with this store. CAFE RIO for the win, ALWAYS! At least I don’t get screwed over by the manager and his stinginess.

I never used to eat at Costa Vida, but since I started coming here, I eat here all the time! The food is always delicious, the portions are always more than I can eat, and the staff is amazing! I’ve been here at the end of the night when things are quiet and it’s easy to tell how hard everyone has been working- and I’ve been here in the middle of those rushes and seen them bust their butts to get a full line and a dozen to-go orders done in time. In my (probably) hundreds of visits, this location has never let me down

I’m waiting in line and there’s only one person in front of me. I overheard them Saying that they are not getting the bonus because food cost and labor. What looks like the manager just stares at me and waits for me to start ordering. I begin to order and it just seems like he’s rushing me and asking me questions so fast. He more so throws the food on the plate and throws a plate after it’s heated up, which isn’t a good look. Food tasted fresh just work on your service

My wife and I went in there tonight and got takeout. My wife got the taco entrée. I got the taco entrée as well, but I asked for an extra taco. They charged me $11.99 For one small taco. That price for one taco with meat and cheese and lettuce on it is highway robbery. They got me this time, but I will never go back there ever again. I work Construction and around a lot of guys. I will let them know this place ripped you the hell off. If I would’ve known before my wife paid it was 1199 for a one extra taco, I would’ve just gave it back to him. That’s ridiculous
