So this is my first time coming to this new location, this place is awesome! A super step up from the older ones that I’ve been to. The staff were super super nice, very friendly, I definitely enjoyed coming to this location, I’m really glad we moved over here. Very excited to eat my food.

I’ve stopped at this location a few times and just when I was going to give up on this locations lack of caring when it came to food Savannah started taking my orders. She has had excellent customer service is always fast and friendly and literally runs circles around some of here less than helpful employees. Last time I came in she had asked for help and the lazy kid just sat there and then said something rude to Savannah as she ended up just doing it herself. She deserves like 3 raises because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be going to this location AT ALL anymore because of how terrible the other employees are. All 4 stars were earned by Savannah alone!

The service and staff at this Bluffdale location is excellent! Savannah was my server again and she always does a great job getting my order accurate and it’s never a long wait! They make the food so well and it’s always hot and ready. I’ve gone to this location several times and never had any issues or unpleasant experiences! Great team and work ethic at this Costa Vida Bluffdale.

I usually love Costa Vida, but the Bluffdale location has been really disappointing. The food itself is fine (when the order is correct), but the service and consistency are not what they should be. Even when there’s no one in line inside or in front of me in the drive-through, it somehow still takes 15–20 minutes to get my order. And every single time I order to-go, they forget to include utensils, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re on the go.
The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, but the lack of attention to detail and slow service have made it hard to want to come back. I actually drive 10 minutes out of my way, right past this location, to another Costa Vida because I know the experience there will be better. I really hope this one can get back on track, because it has potential.

Was very excited to have another option closer to me as the cafe Rio close by has been really disappointing time after time.
Unfortunately this experience at Costa was arguably just as bad on Saturday. Went to pick up my to go order and was standing in front of the counter for 5 minutes without being addressed. Easily had 10+ employees working the drive through and in store customers but no one by the register.
I finally ended up looking around and saw a single to go order bagged up. I walked behind the counter to look at it and saw it was mine. Grabbed it and walked out without anyone saying a word.
I should’ve looked in the bag, but unfortunately didn’t. The burrito in our order was way smaller than any other order I’ve gotten at any cafe Rio or Costa. I know this place is brand new, but anyone working there would know this isn’t a typical serving from this restaurant and they were simply too lazy to care about it.

I really want to give a good review as my family was so excited when this location was announced, but I gotta be honest—every single time we come here it consistently takes 20+ minutes for our order no matter how short the line is. We live in the neighborhood so we frequent this area often and sadly the service has been the same every single time—consistently slow.
Most times I’ll be standing at the pickup counter with an online order and despite nobody else in the store I can’t get the staff’s attention. Then I find out they haven’t started the order and have to wait another 20+ minutes.
