If you have a to-go order, DO NOT leave this location without checking to make sure you have the right food first! I should’ve learned after this happened the first time, but I assumed when I got my food with my correct receipt on the outside of it, that my food would be right, but nope, it happened again. It’s really annoying honestly.
*Editing to add: When I got to the window to pick up my food, the guy said “Did you order *whatever*?” I said, “No, I ordered two kids meals, a burrito, and regular chips and salsa.” Even after I told him what my order was, he still proceeded to give me the incorrect order! I assumed since I told him what I ordered, the receipt on the outside of the bag was my order, and the food containers appeared to be what I ordered, that I didn’t need to check to make sure it was correct. Maybe train your staff to not be lazy and actually check people’s orders too before handing it to them. I also did e-mail Costa Vida and am awaiting a reply.

Paid an extra $2 for steak. Got 2 enchiladas and opened both up so you could see the amount of steak and cheese I got… one had literally 2 strips and the other had maybe 3 strips. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m typically not one to write reviews like this but felt the need to consider my meal cost $12.

My food today was really amazing! I am consistently impressed with the food and service. I have come in two times now this week and been helped by Owen F. This shift manager has been outstanding in his quality service, kindness, and patience. I’m tempted to start asking for Owen to help me every time because we just get along like that. He knows how I like my chicken enchilada and my cinnamon tortillas are always covered perfectly. Wow. Owen runs a tight ship and it sure does show.

We have had great experiences at this location. We are consistently impressed with Alex, one of the employees. He was extremely helpful when I came in very pregnant, offering to carry my tray and open doors for me. Tonight I saw him serve other people with that same effort, always anticipating needs before he has to be asked. Even while writing this review he came and cleared our garbage and got us a bag for our leftovers. He goes above and beyond. We are very impressed.

We love when Alex is working!! When he’s not working we notice, and miss him!!! He always see’s what needs to be done, and runs at the chance to help out wherever he can, whether it’s to hold the door, get you more napkins, take your tray or your garbage. He is so friendly and awesome!!

The man working the lobby named Alex was fantastic he was running around doing everything. I coughed cause my drink went down weird and he brought me a cup of water without me even asking. When we were leaving he took all our food to the trash and opened the door for us. Absolutely fantastic employee and a true asset.

Give Alex a raise! He is constantly running around the dining area, anticipating needs of customers. He notices and gets highchairs without being asked, quickly rearranges tables if needed, opens doors for customers and even brought out free cinnamon tortilla retreats for my kids! That kind of awareness needs to be rewarded somehow! I really appreciate his above and beyond service.

I love Costa Vida, but we keep getting food from here that is missing ingredients or made incorrectly. Today it was the gluten free order made with flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas. Last time it was the shrimp tacos missing all the toppings.
We’ve sent feedback before and just keep having issues.

The food was fine. The person preparing my food was good but the staff all around him were goofing off, playing games, getting in the way it was weird. Place was messy and when I went to fill up my drinks and dispensed it Into my cup it dripped all over my hand and cup. All in all the place needs some clean up and maintenance.
