Sunnie is the nicest women I’ve ever met. She made great conversation while making my food wonderfully with great portion sizes. (I know how some workers get on portion sizes but she’s great. Canyon and Spencer are awesome too, they were so welcoming and now they are like family everytime I come in here. Y’all hire some amazing people. They deserve a raise for sure.

My wife has to have Gluten free items so she gets the Baja bowl. The bowl its3lf is as much as a much as their burritos, depending on the protein that is choosen. It is such a disappointment compared to its competitor C.Rio. Its totally an afterthought and put into a small container versus Rio that came out with its own bowl specifically for a bowl. There was barely any rice or protein, and all lettuce. It looks like a kids menu item and they charge adult pricing. Rio also give a tortilla as a side to go with the bowl for the same price.

So obviously I live here in Utah and have been struggling to understand myself to the darkest depths. Let me just say Sunny, and Jaclyn pretty much saw through my mask and accepted me for who I am. God bless this franchise and all the children of God that work here at let people express themselves with not only no judgement but they to ladies hyped me up in just a few seconds… Made my day… Made me felt seen and understood. You can’t go wrong with Costa Vida. For the price and the quality it is great food and the atmosphere is always inviting. The workers have always been nice to us when we’re ordering. The sweet pork is really good and the fact that they make their own tortillas is what makes a lot of the food so good.

We usually go to a different location but we’re in the area and love some Costa Vida… but man, we were super disappointed when we got home and ate our meals. Nothing was hot- warm… maybe, but barely. The queso and chips- the chips were super salty and the queso wasn’t filled to the top, nor was it warm. The chicken burrito was pretty lightly filled and both my husband and daughter said the black beans in their meal tasted old and not fresh. Again, not warm. I got the chicken salad which was on the light side, but the chicken was cold, dried out, and lacked in the salad. I will say the guacamole was amazing… but that didn’t make up for a cold, unfilling, and disappointing meal.

The 2 people working there that helped me were Zack and Aiden I think. They were absolutely incredible I had a gluten free order and they were going out of their way to make sure my order was perfect! Also they were kind and asking me how my day was it was so so kind they’re the best and deserve a raise!!!!

Amazing, the lady who led me through today’s Costa Vida journey was Sunny, she was wonderful! I dont write reviews but this is an exception, genuinely one of the best food experiences ive ever had, I felt welcomed, and like Sunny genuinely cared about my day!
